We have had Jim give us advice on systems, pricing works plus involvement in project works all to a satisfied level without any problems. One of the key things for us is contractors having the ability to attend/carry out emergency works at short notice due to nature of our company and many of times Jim has come to our rescue and resolved any issues before they escalated! Great service and recommend to anyone.
