We got a set of composite wood driveway gates installed by Gates Scotland last week. We are delighted with them, they are excellent quality and look great. Gates Scotland were a pleasure to deal with from our first contact to completion. Their communication was excellent and everything was completed within the agreed timescale. The guys who installed the gates were very pleasant and worked hard on the precision required to ensure the posts were steady. I would not hesitate to recommend Gates Scotland to anyone interested in getting gates installed.

After our old gate blew down twice over the last couple years we decided to get Gates Scotland in to put in a more robust option. We are delighted with the results. Excellent service. We got 3 new composite gates installed, the price was competitive and the process was very clear and well managed from beginning to end. After an on-site survey was done, we received detailed drawings of the gates and measurement, after a couple of tweaks to the design, the gates were put into production and installed on schedule. The installation of the posts was quick and the area was left very clean and tidy. They returned a couple of days later to hang the gates. They look great and we’ve already had 2 neighbours asking for details of the company we used.

The end result is perfect, exactly what we were looking for! My wife and I chose Gates Scotland for our project primarily based on their website . The examples of the work and the range of styles on offer were fantastic. The company was local to us so this meant we could visit their factory where the gates and railings are produced and though I never managed to visit this was on offer to us. After an initial call to discuss our needs the job site was surveyed and our options discussed, we had ongoing groundwork’s and the company were very flexible with us and worked around our schedule which took a lot of the stress out of the job. The fitters were always timely and professional and left no mess behind after the installation .The finished gates and railings are better than I had imagined. The quality of the gates needs to be seen and they have made a huge difference to our driveway and garden. I have a few other small projects requiring railings and I will not hesitate in calling Gates Scotland again .

Great service from start to finish, guys on consult were pointing out things I hadn't even considered for a side gate to a small path, before I had a heavy wooden gate that was not that secure, Now I have a great looking gate that can be locked/unlocked from any side and is as light as a feather to open and close. Would reccommend using Gates Scotland.

From initial survey till completion and installation of my garden gate, Gates Scotland were highly professional. It takes 8 - 9 weeks for bespoke construction and completion of the job but it was well worth the wait. The gates that were made for my drive look great and my neighbours have been commenting on how good they look. The planning right through to implementation was very professional and all completed in a very friendly way. Someone came to measure the requirements and we chose a design that we wanted. Drawings were then sent to us to confirm our requirements and I received a text regarding a date for implementation. The team that installed the gates were brilliant and left our driveway in the same condition as it was before they started. Chose Gates Scotland to provide our gates to finish off our drive and fencing. From first consultation to final installation the process was flawless being provided with detailed design drawings prior to agreeing to go ahead, and then installation which has been undertaken to a very high standard with reinstatement of driveway where required also completed perfectly. Very pleased with the final product which will require very little maintenance and will last for years.
