Me and my flatmate called David tonight as we were in a pretty desperate situation looking for an emergency electrician. There was a burst pipe from the flat above and water was coming through the plug sockets causing our electricity to switch off and we were unsure of what to do. David explained that there was nobody available to come round at that time, but he talked us through everything on the phone and was so so helpful, reassuring and kind. Amazing service, everything was solved so quickly, could not recommend enough!

Philip installed 3 Ikea pendant lights for us, and a tv light. He was professional, and patient with us the whole time. He offered to hold the pendent chord at different heights so we could choose what we prefered. He made sure they were all at the same height, checking in with us, and adjusting multiple times when needed, always with cheer. He improvised when there was missing ceiling hooks that Ikea hadn't provided making do with what was there. He also helped us get the tv light centered on the wall, making sure we were happy with its placement. We are happy with the results and service so would 100% recommend. Thank you Philip!

Just phoned up to see about getting my electrics checked as I had a leak. The time and information that was given to me over the phonecall was first rate. Highly recommended using this service.

Sparks and smoke in the fuse box prompted our call to an emergency electrician, chosen at random from Google. We really lucked in with our choice of Jedi Services. Despite it being a Sunday morning, David arrived at our home within a couple of hours. A cable had actually burned right through! (I'd been in the shower and could so easily have been electrocuted had my husband not acted promptly, switching off the electical supply at the mains.) David then rendered us completely safe, instructed us to keep the electricity off overnight and said he'd return first thing the following day. It was clear he had to juggle work commitments to fit us in but he seemed keen to not have us cancel the short holiday we were planning to go on the very next day. So, sure enough, shortly after 9am on the Monday morning, David was again at our door, with Paul, and, within an hour, our 34 year old fuse box had beeen replaced with a brand new RCD consumer unit and everything was functioning beautifully again. A subsequent visit was arranged for the work to be certified - for 10 years - by a third electrician, Phil and for all existing wiring to be checked and a couple of faulty wall sockets replaced. You can never put a price on your safety but we felt Jedi's fees were very reasonable indeed and would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

David is very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a intermittent fault over a few days, a item in home was tripping fuse on box and as a result, power wasn't working in a few rooms along with no heating. He was able to help me get power back to our home safely he could have charged for this, but didn't. Which saved both time and money - fantastic service. Will definitely be staying touch with David, as I know if the fault occurs again he will be able to fix the problem and offer a great and exceedingly fair service.

My power went out after switching on the kettle. I called to arrange someone to come out and fix. The friendly man kindly talked me over how to fix this myself over the phone! It took less than 5 minutes. He explained it was the kettle that was faulty and the RCD switch picked it up. Absolutely great help and not charged a single penny. I called another electrician directly before who was going to charge me £180!!!! Night and day. Genuine helpful service.

Had a fault with a neutral wire in a celling light fixture , called at 2pm problem was fixed by 4pm- quick and efficient service. Call out fee was higher than expected but then again that’s what you pay for good service. Ps masks worn throughout entire visit.
