B.Legends we still don't know the magic that they did to solve our problem. However our car is now perfectly functioning without the Gremlins that it had before. This was our second visit with different cars and both experiences have been great.

K. B.First time we used Partick Auto Electrics on the advice of our garage - we thought it was a particulate filter fault.
PAE addressed this for us and the fault error remained - we turned up the next morning and PAE was happy to run a diagnostics on the car - we returned and PAE told us what the report found and to schedule our garage to repair - it was a sensor. The filter was re-checked too.
We had already been charged for the filter and prepared to pay for the additional diagnostics that PAE undertook for us - unexpectedly this was waived! A lovely surprise.
We have read others who are saying Partick Auto Electrics don't answer the phone - we expected this as our garage warned us about this. When you see how busy they are and the wide range of vehicles they are tasked with diagnosing on arrival, it's easy to understand why they are unable to answer the phone.
Reading reviews where PAE was given one star for not answering the phone is damaging and unfair for any business as the service was not used.
Thanks to our garage who recommended PAE and advised us to turn up!

L. S.Took my car late on Friday as the tail light wasn't working and it wasn't the bulb. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, car was fixed within 1 hour. I hadn't tried calling as garage was recommended by a shop and was advised it can sometimes be hard to get someone on the phone but if you just turn up they are more than happy to fit you in. Would highly recommend.
