Steven and his team are second to none. I had been quoted an exorbitant amount for a supposed fault by another tradesman which was extremely stressful. I called Steven and he came out the next morning and was able to complete the work and reassure us that our electrics were working safely. He saved us hundreds, if not thousands of pounds. Phoned Steven as we found our induction hob stopped working. He replied he would look in late that afternoon. He did as promised, checked everything to inform us that it needed a new hob. Ordered the hob and informed Steven when delivery was due. He replied that he would return either the Thursday or Friday to install the new hob. He was as good as his word (in spite of his exhaustion). To say we were pleased with his service, etc. would be an understatement and would recommend this company to anyone (we recommended Steven to our son) John Stewart

He was very polite and got me to send him some photos of my issue so he could make sure he had any parts required upon arrival. He arrived promptly that morning, and sorted my issue within 30mins.
