Brilliant service, very knowledgeable about the products and friendly professional staff, it took this morning to buy and arrange delivery for Monday, A big Thank you to Curry’s who after four weeks I’d being unable to deliver a washing machine when promised and giving several different delivery promises we ended up buying a far superior machine and cheaper in price than the one we were buying from Curry’s. Can’t recommend B Grades enough.

I have used these guys several times in the last few years and have always been blown away by the service. Recently I decided to buy a refurbished washing machine from a competitor...big mistake, two returns later and I still don't have a working product. I then decided to buy a new one from B grade instead. I ordered this on a Saturday afternoon and Monday morning, around two working hours later, it turned up. Granted they are just down the road from me but it does show the speed of their service. In addition their customer service is perfect...the chap I spoke to on the phone this morning to arrange delivery, and the one who actually delivered, were both friendly professional and willing to help. The delivery man was clear in what I needed to do for first set up of the machine, and he kindly put it in the kitchen for me where it needed to be. Five star review and no complaints whatsoever, I will be sacking the competitor and only buying appliances from B grade from now on! I'd highly recommend especially if you are local as you can go to the warehouse if you need to discuss your requirements. Thanks guys! Chris & Rory.

Visited at about 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon to buy a fridge freezer. They had one in stock that was suitable size and offered to deliver that day on the way home from work. Really pleased the new fridge freezer was a reasonable price and arrived just over 2 hours later. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant service - I found out my freezer wasn't working and phoned them at 1pm . Really helpful making decisions on what was suitable and they delivered it at 4pm. Good priced appliances and despite the name the stock is not of B grade it is new. They will deliver locally for free or a very low cost the same day or with a couple of hours. 7 miles for only £5 can beet that

Brilliant service. Cooker door broke Sun. E mails made and answered Sun after selecting new cooker. This was delivered Wed. Old cooker taken out and taken away with all packaging, and new cooker installed in time to cook tea. Dealt with this shop for years and will continue to do so.

I bought Fridge Freezer from them. Ordered over phone at 4.30 pm on a Friday and arranged delivery the following afternoon. When the delivery driver had left with my old unit, I realised I'd left things in freezer, so I rang the shop who kindly gave his mobile number, which I phoned and he said he'd be back in a bit, so I could retrieve them! One thing though was, though I wasn't charged for taking it from me, but when they realised, I had a phone call asking me to pay the charge, which I of course did.
