Eugene and his team are very polite and easy to talk to, he has an excellent electrical knowledge and does a superb job for a fair price. Our quote was competitive. An outside light problem was fixed in half an hour, we will save on electricity as a result and the circuit board replacement went well. I would not hesitate to recommend ELB.

We were new to the area and found ELB through online recommendations. We have been extremely pleased with the job Eugene and his team have carried out for us. From the initial survey where Eugene helped us plan what turned out to be a complete rewire of our property, to the efficient and professional way the work was carried out. Obviously in the course of a big job there were a few a few hiccups, but any problems were addressed quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We would always go back to ELB again if we need any further electrical work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

We are SO pleased with the work that Eugene has done for us this week - 5 star service on all accounts : from answering my Bark promptly, coming out to quote within a couple of hours and then giving us a very reasonable estimate for the work we wanted doing. Despite being incredibly busy at the moment (and rightly so !) he very kindly shoehorned our job into his schedule for me and completed it the following day. He and his colleague arrived on time, worked efficiently and very cleanly and the professional standard of the finished work is really impressive. My Economy 7 timer was faulty so I rang three up as an emergency as it was connected to my boiler. I left a message and they called back within the hour and confirmed an engineer was on their way in the next. They completed the job before the day was over. I used ELB for an EICR. It’s quite difficult to find a company/ electrician in the Gloucester area who don’t have a long wait list and are also reliable and happy to take on a range of different jobs regardless of their difficulty. Office is very responsive and the company are very good at taking into account individual’s requirements such as different payment methods. I have used companies in the past who require payment at the property which has caused difficulties if as a landlord I’m unable to be present. ELB we’re not like this at all. My EICR was carried out and unfortunately failed, ELB were able to rectify all issues and re-issue a pass certificate all within a week so minimum disruption for my tenants. Will be recommending ELB to all my friends and colleagues

We have used Eugene before and have always found his work to be of a very high standard and very competitive, he is always very professional, quick to respond to requests and an all round nice person, nothing is ever to much trouble. Eugene visited my property to move my fuse box to a different position. He fitted the work in really promptly and I was really impressed with the way it was done. I also needed a new shaver point in the bathroom and he managed to get one delivered and fitted on the same day. We contacted Eugene after looking online for an electrician to come out and fix our garden outside lights after being left high and dry by the electrician who installed them. After having our fingers burnt, we were naturally cautious but he immediately put our minds at rest. Before coming out he called to discuss the problem so he knew what to expect but also out of courtesy. He came out this afternoon with his team and was able to quickly identify the fault. He then walked through the problem step by step so we knew what he was doing and then explained what he needed to do to put things right. He was thorough, informative and to be honest, I wish we had known about him before . I would recommend him to anyone wanting electrical work done. We will be using him again later this year as we have some additional outside lighting to be installed - a lovely guy and great customer service !!!

I have just completed a full renovation of my house, Eugene offered a full re-wire of my house for a reasonable price and I’m really happy with all the work he has done. Really good experience all round with ELB. Quick to get back to me at the beginning after my initial enquiry with a quote, and then after the inspection of the wiring and electrical systems of the house, prepared a itemised quote for remedial works with was clear and easy to understand. Arrived promptly to undertake the repairs which were done in a friendly and professional manner and everything was left clean and tidy as it was found. Aldo very transparent with me when a fault was discovered and subsequently put right meaning a large section of the quoted works were no longer required and a large saving was made on the initial quoted fee.
