Great service, Rich came early as my old car had sold far quicker than I expected so had to collect EV early. EV charger fitted very smartly. Chatted about aesthetic of where to place charger and route cable as was 22 meters from the power supply. Took supply from meter box so no damage within the home but probably more work for Rich. Had to go around the side of my house, through garden along garage wall and to parking space. Rich took real trouble to burry the armoured cable so is out of view and ran very neatly along side of garage. The connection to supply is very tidy. Would recommend calling Donna or Rich to get an EV charger fitted. My Mrs is a perfectionist and hates untidy work. She thinks the work is very good and Rich cleaned up after himself so she was/is happy ( I had to leave for work so only chatted through what I wanted and then left)

From first to last JEC management of the project was excellent. Work carried out as scheduled and the guys who did the fitting couldn't have taken more trouble to make sure the placement met my needs and explained it's operation clearly with appropriate detail. No hesitation in recommending JEC to supply and install a charge point.

JEC fitted a car charger for me. I spoke to Rich over the phone who was great at helping me get in touch with Western Power who needed to sort out my looped supply before my car charger was installed. I also spoke to Donna over the phone who was very helpful in getting my installation arranged. The installation itself was done professionally and efficiently, didn’t take long at all and everything about the charger was clearly explained. I’m really happy with my charger and thanks to all involved for doing a fantastic job.

Can not thank Richard and his team enough, we were provisionally quoted 4 weeks for an electric charging point At home.
