Mike and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. Very professional and courteous at all times. In fact, even more than that, Mike was a proper enthusiast who wanted to figure out my problem and made it a mission to do so. An issue that I’ve spent over 2 months and about £2k trying to solve was fixed within 3 hours and for about £200. Can’t recommend them enough, even called me the following day to make sure all was ok. Genuinely really impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you

Brilliant, honest service, with cheap prices and super-friendly crew. Can't recommend these guys enough. Had an electrical fault with my rear indicators (sometimes they would conk out intermittently- sometimes right, sometimes left, sometimes both), so brought it in to Sparky's. They sorted it in no time and saved my wallet a lot of heart-ache. Recently had another issue with the rear left indicator cutting out permanently, so took it back to Sparky's. They took a look at at it, replaced an old part that had worn out and had it sorted in three minutes flat. Because they'd already sorted it once, they didn't even charge me for it. Great service, 100% recommend.

These guys are fab. I had one of our fleet hire motorhomes in the local area (we are based in Harrogate) and it developed a minor fuse fault. After trying several the NCC & AWS approved engineers, which I may add none of them even called me back!!!, Marta and her guys could not have been more opposite. My call was answered quickly, dealt with super politely (even though I called at closing time) and the resolve was to be booked in for the following morning before opening time to help me out :-) The job was done super fast and our client left super happy and relieved. Having major issues with a car which is barely 4 months old, the original dealer and Ford were of no use. The car is used as my taxi, and the original timescale of possibly a month off road was not acceptable, so decided to pay for the work myself and fight to claim it back. I was recommended Sparkys by a friend and they were fantastic. Booked it in for the wednesday, and all work was diagnosed and completed as promised by the end of the day. Reasonable price and lovely staff, would certainly point anyone else in their direction if they need some auto electric work done. Thanks to all at Sparkys for getting me back to work a lot quicker than i thought i would be!

My Citroen C4 1.6Hdi was taken to Sparkys by another Garage which had misdiagnosed the car's misfiring as a failed injector. The problem however, lay elsewhere. The electrical problem was successfully repaired by Sparkys in a day or so, but needing some 5 hours' labour. Obviously it was fairly costly, but everyone at Sparkys was very polite, professional and friendly throughout; in person, on the phone, and in e-mails. I am happy to recommend them.
