c. r.I have been a customer of Hereford Rewinds for over ten years and during that time, they have saved the day more than once, including pulling out all the stops last Friday to get a replacement part in overnight to fix the Biodisc , so I would not be stuck at home in the snow without a functioning toilet or waste system!!
They have always been helpful and efficient at reminding me when the services are due and I find their pricing very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend then. Give them a try and you won't regret it.

Our Bore hole pumping system has stopped working and left us without water three times in as many months and within the hour Hereford Rewinds have been out and fixed it each and every time - twice in snow, once on a Sunday and just before Christmas! They are beyond excellent and a total godsend for those without mains water!
T. W.Brilliant service, a company that understood the importance of unloading a Tanker from Poland. They were able to keep us going with motor by making up a temporary motor, to save the time of a Full rewind.
Next day the new Motor with the oddball Pump Flange arrived. Due to their temporary repair, we were able to program the new motor fitment at our leisure.
