I send clutch actuator from France by UPS. They fixed it in 1 day and sent it back by DHL. They also send me a guideline for installation, further more, they replied to all my questions, they even called me on whatsapp. They are very professional, kind, and reactive. So I installed the actuator ; and my car is working again without any issue. The dashboard on my ford focus was completely dead. Was directed to Sans Cars by another garage who couldn’t fix electrical faults. They originally quoted me roughly £120 to replace all the fuses on the fuse box. I left the car with them and told them if the cost could go above £120 they should give me a call. Before I even got home, they called me to let me know they didn’t need to replace the fuses, it was just a wiring issue and would just cost £50 to fix. On top of this, my stepdad had mistakenly messed with the fuses (trying to fix the dashboard) so my windows weren’t working. Sans Cars spent some extra time figuring out the issue and fixed this too for just £10. £60 total and my car was back to normal within a couple of hours! Great service, very honest guys.

My Ford kuga instrument cluster had gone and Ford wanted to charge me £1800 plus £120 for diagnostic. Who's got that kind of money?.... I phoned sancars they fixed my existing cluster within a day... Electrician fitted and cleared all faults and its running like new... It cost me £100 at sancars and £100 for refit and test run and of course 1st class postage... Took Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI Cluster for repair (Found them on eBay & impressed by customer reviews on google. Which helped me to make a quick decision to find the right experts to fix the issue). I have a Honda Civic with i-shift gearbox, i had a problem with my clutch actuator, I live in Germany and this couldn't be repaired where I live. I found this service and that I can send it from Germany to UK to be repaired. Well, Sancars have yet another satisfied customer. I'd been having problems with my instrument cluster giving misinformation for about 3 weeks. But my Beautiful Car had made my work difficult. It was getting extremely hot burning your face or getting extremely cold that it freezes every one inside. Had problems with my Ford Focus. Dashboard warning lights comes on, car goes to limp mode, car wouldn’t start and all the gauges go to zero. This would happen every day. Took vehicle in and they fixed it while I waited. Only took about half hour! So far so good and no problems. Very pleased with the service, cost and the speed of the repair. I had an issue with an instrument cluster on an Audi A3 2010. Sancars was recommended to be by Leicester Car Recover (another great business) after Audi quoted me nearly £2k to fix the issue. Sancars were quick, efficient and, best of all, fixed the issue for 20% of the Audi quote and gave a years warranty on the work. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff! Where do I start?, these guys brilliant, the help they provided and the service they provided was outstanding. I had sent my clutch actuator off which had F fault and I received it back the next day. When I first opened the parcel again, my clutch actuator looked brand new from where they had cleaned it and fixed it. When fitted, I didn't know how to bleed the clutch so I rang sancars and they talked me through step by step which was so helpful from them. I sent my instrument cluster to them via Royal Mail on Weds. 29/7 - by the next day at 17:08 I had received an email stating the item had not only been repaired but was on it's way back to me! I received it back at my address at midday 31/7, fitted it to my car and 'bingo' I am back on the road. Very helpful guys! The place is a bit dirty and cramped (not easy to park) and English isn't their first language, but they fixed my Ford Focus instrument cluster when several local garages couldn't be bothered and they did it very quickly and efficiently. They also offer a lifetime guarantee, which I think is pretty impressive. I would definitely go back again if I didn't live 3 hours away, but if you need an ECU/instrument cluster repair it's worth a long drive to save time and money

Had problem with my ford focus instrument cluster garage wanted £1200 to fix. So I had a look around and found these guys, gave them a call told them my problem and they knew all about was very helpful on the phone aswell . So I booked myself in drove all the way to Leicester from luton they took the faulty instrument cluster and repaired it within the hour as the y said drove back put it in the car cleared the codes and I have now done over 2000 miles in the car and it working fine. Even if it did go wrong which hopefully it wont your covered by their lifetime guarantee so peace of mind aswell. These guys are real professionals who know what they are doing i would 100% recommend them to everyone. Thanks very much guys really appreciated. From Australia..These guys repaired my turbo boost actuatotor, could not find anyone in aus that could do it. These guys are amazing! I had a problem where my Blaupunkt sat nav system was playing up going off and on..affecting my air con too.. then my instrument cluster was doing the same. Had this problem over a course of 18 months with ford and other specialists quoting me thousands. In fact, having gone to ford, they even diagnosed the problem wrong and said we’ll work from the day unit out, which would have meant purchasing parts not needed. Anyway these guys sorted out the problem for a fraction of the price!!! I just want to go out on all the forums and put them up because it’s such a common problem and not much help out there. Was referred to Sancars by word of mouth. Had major problem with my electrics in Renault Clio MK2 51 plate. Window wipers, Central locking system and indicators would all of a sudden stop working!!!!! very dangerous..... I investigated into problem myself and was told i needed a UCH for my car so contacted Shangar for further advice and a quotation, as he specializes in auto electrics. He explained that i was correct and that i could get a UCH from scrapyard or Ebay, but he would need to decoded/re-code it to my car. I located one and rang him in morning and by late afternoon that day he worked his magic and my car is no longer a death trap.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After being quoted £1300 pounds to replace the instrument cluster on my car by a Ford main dealer, I decided to do some research online. I found plenty of videos in YouTube about how to remove my cluster. I found Sancars on their E-bay site and elected to have them repair my existing cluster. I am so happy with this decision! Sancars had repaired and returned my cluster to me in less than 24 hours, No mean feat given that I'm in Edinburgh and they're in Liecester! I had the cluster fitted in the car before I received the Email from Sancars advising of my delivery tracking number! The cluster was easily reinstalled and after resetting the fault codes on ECM using an extremely inexpensive OBDII reader... No faults. I have had no faults indicated since the repair! I can't thank Sancars enough for their service.
