Will was great and really friendly He explained everything he was doing so I understood why he was recommending certain things. He was also really flexible when I had to change some of what I had asked him to do. He was really tidy, quick to respond to questions and also helped me find other tradesmen based in who he would personally use or had worked with. My electrics randomly went out yesterday and I called Masons Electrical as an urgent matter because I rely on electricity for my medication and for medical/disability issues. As a lone disabled female, I was concerned about what to do. I messaged Masons Electrical on WhatsApp and he came as soon as he could. My electrics were back on and sorted before he left. Friendly, Approachable, . I found him on Checkatrade. A++++. Would hire again.

Booked Will to change our old fuse box, he was really competitively priced. Had an electrical fault in the house about a week before Will was due to do the work, he managed to find time to come and do the planned work and fault find a week early. Kept informed of the progress throughout the day.

We found Will on Check a Trade as we have moved into the area from a different part of the country and we din't know an electrician. I am always wary of reviews - is he as good as they say. Well the answer is a resounding yes. Will came to fit a number of new light fittings into our new house. He arrived promptly, his work was excellent and he is very clean and tidy in everything he does. He went more than the extra mile in repairing a broken light switch when it would have been much easier for him to have ordered it specially - it was an unusual german light fitting. It took ages and was very fiddly and many would have given up. We are going to refit our kitchen and Will will be doing that for us.I cannot recommend Will highly enough. Philip Peters

I found Will on Rated people and really pleased that I did. My range cooker had broken down and otherwise it would’ve meant microwaved meals for the family which is not what you want during lockdown. I’d contacted a number of sparkies but they either didn’t respond or said they would come but turned down last minute. William took up the job and was responsive and came out fairly quickly. He was polite, friendly and clear about price. He was courteous and cleaned up afterwards as well. He found a couple of things wrong with my range cooker but sorted them out quickly after a couple of visits. Will offered to knock some money off his work as he felt he had messed me about - this was because a part he had ordered turned out to be faulty and not his fault. He didn’t charge me for coming out that time anyway! All in all I said to Will I’ll pay you what you should be paid because he had done a great job and was working during this difficult time. Fantastic results!!! Really friendly, willing to put the time in to make sure a job is done well and shows genuine interest in the big picture of your home ideas! I found Will through a find a trader site. He came in with a really competitive quote and made time the same day to give me a call to discuss the job. I needed some wall lights putting in to replace a central ceiling rose as well as a few sockets to continue my (mostly) DIY cinema room project. After one call he showed a clear understanding of what I wanted and we were able to agree dates for a first fix of wiring and installation. The job is now complete after two fixes and I'm so chuffed with the results. It all worked first time with no issues.

Arrived on time, was able to accommodate an evening appointment for after my working day. Got him in for a second opinion on some work that another electrician had said was necessary for an electrical installation condition report to pass. He quickly confirmed that the work wasn't required and carried out the condition report with no issues. Happy with the survice and already have him booked back in do some other work.

Contacted will with a bathroom light issue to which he tried to help me with over the phone ,when he realised it was not a simple fix he arranged to call within the hour. Once he arrived he was straight on the job and about an hour later he had it sorted and then explained the reason for the problem !
