Mike provided outstanding service to me today. He installed an android auto head unit. I had an issue with my head unit not seeing my android phone, he went above and beyond and resolved the issue. Now I am enjoying an expertly fitted stereo. Thanks very much Mike. Superb customer service, I highly recommend Formby Car Electrical. 5* Customer service, 5* Value, 5* installation.

Cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I had a faulty Airbag Module in a Fiat based Motorhome that Mike went to extraordinary lengths to sort out. Sent to ‘Crash Data’ twice unsuccessfully to repair/reset and ultimately sourcing a new Module that I bought via ebay to enable a prompt repair. Even finding the Electronic programme required to configure the new Module and never charged me any more than the cost of the initial Crash Data repair. Fair and honest - a top guy who really looks after his customers !!

For months I'd been having issues with my car. It failed to start on numerous occasions and I had taken it to the garage multiple times. When I was informed there was an electrical fault with the car, I took it to Formby Electrics. I took it in at around 9am and it was fixed and ready to be collected by about 2 the same day! I have had the car back for nearly 2 weeks now, and it is running perfectly and I am so happy with the quick turnaround and quality of the service.

They could not find the intermittent fault but didn't charge for looking. One guy is warm and friendly, another...isn't...but they are very fair, honest and they "know their onions". The fault, it eventually reappeared and was fixed. Job done successfully!

We have been using this company for all aspects of auto electrical work for more years than I can remember. The service is always 1st class and the price is right for a quality job. Can not believe the comment from John O'Neil, as the saying goes you can please most of the people some of the time. Don't let one malicious comment put you off this very good and long established company !

Went in to ask about a random bit of kit and while the guy serving me initially didn't think he had what I needed, he did some rooting around in the back and found exactly what I wanted. Best of all it had come off something else so he just gave it to me. Really friendly and helpful and saved me a whole lot of ball ache
