Paul and Kate arrived on time as agreed and were friendly yet professional. Great communication throughout, reasonable rates and conscientious; Paul made an emergency call to relevant parties to address mains electricity issues and even made a follow-up call to me to ensuring they'd attended and rectified the issues. I had an Electrical Installation Condition Report undertaken by Paul and Kate in addition to some minor repairs and investigation; the faults found and recommendations were explained thoroughly to me. I unexpectedly had a power outage on a Monday Morning, having called around a few companies with no answer I finally got an answer from a friendly woman (who I now know to be Kate). Kate advised me of what the issue could be and talked me through what it may have been to save me paying a call out fee. Unfortunately I was unable to get the electricity back on. Kate arrived at my house within the hour and proceeded to make the house safe with the electric and set to work finding the fault, she took apart every switch and socket and thoroughly checked all circuits. My power was back on in no time. Kate also pointed out a few minor works that could do with replacing sometime in the future. However there was no hard sell and I was never under the impression that she just wanted to make extra money or was forcing me to replace these items asap. Kate returned to my house in less than 48 hours to do the work. No mess at all was made and I am extremely pleased with how professional and charming she is. The cost was superb too, the cost of call out and repairs was less than other companies were charging for a stand alone call out charge. If you’re in need of an electrician, these guys are the ones! Extremely professional and efficient service. I contacted Paul on a Sunday and he was out within an hour to change a faulty fuse box that had caught fire due to a dodgy “engineer “ I had found on FB. Paul and his colleague worked to make my home safe again till past 7pm on a Sunday. I’m VERY grateful 🙏🙏🙏. Official documentation provided & registered. After removing some fitted wardrobes and attempting to relocate a couple of double wall sockets, the power in the house to all the sockets failed. After initial attempts to solve the problem on my own failed, I called V & A during a frantic search for a 24/7 electrician. Paul was nice, knowledgeable and tried to solve the problem without the callout but when this was not to be the case, he came out within an hour and identified the issue in the first ten minutes. Within another 20 minutes, he had fixed the issue and I am all the happier for it. Could not recommend more, amazing service. In addition I have a 16 month daughter who was sleeping at the time and Paul kept as quiet as possible so as not to wake her. Again fantastic service! Imran

I can highly recommend this company. Paul and Kate were brilliant in sorting out and installing a new consumer unit after my old one nearly caught fire. They also checked all the switches and sockets in the house for faults. I cant thank them enough for the work they done.

Arriving home from holiday to no electric. Contacted Paul & Kate via an agency after search for emergency help. After booking received call from Kate saying they were on their way and how long they would be, very reassuring. Arrived and set to work to track down the cause. They were thorough and kept advising on progress. They were positive at all times. After much checking they tracked the issue to a damaged cable in the kitchen, which was quickly repaired. They then tidied up and put all back to the way it was. Greatly appreciated would recommend strongly.
