Everything with Anderson and my order to installation as been brilliant. After placing my order online, I received regular updates on its progress. Anytime I have spoken with the company or engineer, all staff have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would like to give a special mention to Alan, the engineer who installed my EV unit. He was courteous and professional throughout. He confirmed the appointment the night before, arrived on time, respected my home and family, and did a perfect install. I thought I was very meticulous when it comes to cable management and a tidy install, but Alan took it to another level. He exceeded my expectations with a tidy installation and really took pride in his work. I will certainly use Anderson EV again in the future should I need another EV charging point.

The engineer, Kalon, that attended, to install a new fuse board and the charging unit, could not have been more helpful. A super customer experience and would recommend.

Excellent service and communication. Love the product and ease of use. The app functionality is brilliant too. Installation went very smoothly and despite being in the Scottish Highlands, took about 4-5 weeks from ordering. The installer was very helpful and friendly and even helped us drill a larger hole into a cabinet to allow the cable from my new washing machine to get through. I agree with another reviewer that having the tesla button to disconnect would be amazing but that we are indeed getting rather lazy! The cable tucks away nicely and I love the range of options in terms of look. Highly recommended!

Thank you Tom and the rest of the Andersen team. I cannot speak highly enough of the technician who fitted my Anderson A2 charger on 21st May 2021. His name is Tom and he couldn't have been more helpful. There was a slight hiccup with running the cable, but he persevered and successfully ran the cable. Extremely tidy and efficient, so top marks to Tom. The back office team at Andersens were just as efficient and helpful from the ordering process right through to installation. All questions were answered right away and assurance all would be ok, and it was. One of those rare companies you feel comfortable dealing with.

From the day I ordered the charger to the installation, the communication was brilliant, on the day of installation the installer kept me updated with arrival times and did a great job hiding the cable the best he could. I love the look of the charger, all wires hiding which keeps the wife very happy. Would love them to design a lead with the Tesla charger button, appreciate I am just getting lazy now. Tesla arrives next week and then I can fully try it out.

I ordered the best looking wall charger on the market from a website that was easy to use, and had some great colour choices.. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The wall charger arrived quickly, and was well packaged. The communication via email was excellent, clear and our scheduled installation date was accommodating. We got great advice. Best of all the installation was done very professionally, the workmanship was done very nicely by Scott, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the Andersen A2. Looking forward to scheduling our charges and seeing all the fantastic data from the app. Look at that sexy wall charger that matches our front door. So happy! 😄

Really handsome charger - miles above any other aesthetically, with very easy to wind flexible cable, however the 'smart' app doesn't work for me. Had hoped I could monitor how much car has been charged from my phone, but guess it depends on the car (mine's a Kona). Excellent customer service from Andersen however. Update - still giving sterling service nearly 3 years later (unlike the three 13a chargers I've got through in that time) and planning to install another Andersen in the garage.

I purchased an Andersen charger and was delighted with the product. It looks very stylish and functions superbly . I ended up getting an independent installer who fitted it as I read some stories about poor work by their own guys they use to fit the chargers which seems to be a common theme by these companies. Andersen is definitely the best ev charger on the market right now.

I was worried how an electric charger might look in the wall at the front of my house but with Andersen EVs diverse choice of colours along with its range i am now very proud of my new Andersen charger as I chose a matching colour to my cream coloured render and you wouldnt even know it was there until the car is actually on charge due to the tethered cable connecting to the car. and so simple to operate I can only encourage everyone to get one too. Great people, great service, great product. If you are looking for a wall mounted car charger then the Andersen A2 is superb. It hides the cable completely and connects to a mobile app so you can control it and check on it remotely. It may not be the cheapest offering on the market but it will be on your house for years to come as it is certainly well built and it looks amazing. It is great value for money and the team are superb and they stick to their word. I really hope this company thrives as they certainly deserve to.

Worth the extra money for the quality of the unit and professionalism with which the matter is managed up to and including installation. These guys are responsive and punctual.

Amazing, personal service - very impressed with the people and the product. Their car chargers are certainly the best-looking around - I went for the oak A2 and it's beautifully made. Haven't tried the app yet as need a wifi extender due to our router being a bit far away but Jerome at Andersen's has advised what to do. David has also been incredibly helpful, overcoming a few challenges I threw at him so quickly in such a proactive way that it has made the whole process of buying and installing the charge point feel incredibly smooth. Highly recommend.

I have a BMW i3 but the charger BMW recommended was too bulky for the front of the house. After researching alternatives I came across Andersen EV and immediately liked the slim aesthetic profile, the innovative design and choice of finishes. The customer service and support before, during and after installation has been superb. Lee particularly has gone above and beyond. The unit is beautiful and charges my car in half the time. I highly recommend Anderson for the product and for their customer service.

Amazing product and certainly looks and feels of premium quality. The materials used are high quality, and it actually looks like a piece of furniture which is great. In terms of performance, I love the fact I can track the cost of each charge, and the fact I only need to unravel the amount of cable I need rather than full 5m or 8m. Customer support is superb, and all questions are answered in a timely and efficient manner. I'd certainly recommend this above all other market charge points - its totally unique.

Looks great and has the future-proof features I wanted. I wanted a charger for the driveway of a new house that was easy on the eye. I went for nearly black .There are lots of young kids in the park so I was cautious of tethered cables. I figured I would end up installing some type of enclosure/ box anyway with all the kids around to keep the cable out of sight. It comes with an app so i can connect from my mobile and adjust settings as the need arises. I hope to add solar down the line so this future-proofs that. I found support was prompt when I had questions. Very happy with mine and I must say it looks sharp

It took a long time for me to commit to the Andersen EV charger. I found plenty that were cheaper and I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to the expense. But it's hard to beat the beauty of this charger. Sleek, available in different colours and finishes and with the ability to store and hide the cable within, it was a clear winner for me. I used the chat service on the website and Andy answered all of my questions fully. Once I placed my order, installation was just as easy. Energy Solutions partner with Andersen and Lee Williams was excellent. The charger is even more impressive in person. It perfectly matches the colour of the wall on which it is mounted (stone). It is unassuming and yet beautiful. The charging cable is sturdy with a cap on the end and it's also pretty long. There are lights that come on as soon as you start to unravel the cable so no fumbling around in the dark. There are also brushes around the edges which clean the cable as it is wound back up after charging. The head of the cable stores neatly into a space at the top which has a magnetic lid. Yes, it's expensive, but it is a beautifully and practically designed piece that will not be an eyesore on the outside of your house and frankly, why would you hide it away? If you are hesitating, don't. In this case, you get what you pay for - and then some!
