D. M.I'm thrilled to find somewhere I can go for all my DIY electrical needs. Spent an hour in the shop getting advice and selecting various bits for the job. I had done quite a bit of research online, but nothing beats speaking to someone who was more than happy to spend the time with me to help work out what I needed. In some places if you're not trade, they'll barely talk to you. Chaps at BEM could not have been nicer. I generally shop at Screwfix, but will buy all electrical at BEM from now on.
Top service, which makes all the difference. Damn good price too. Happy days.

A. S.I've used BEM a few times now and they are by far the best in their field. Highly competitive, with a vast array of products in store or available within 24 hours and so knowledgeable. I am sure the entire team are the same but I have only ever used Tim who is quite simply magnificent. I am extremely fastidious and can be indecisive but Tim's patience, attention to detail and product knowledge are the qualities that conquers my flaws. Highly recommend.
