Ben came out at short notice to repair the oven connection at our tenant's home. He came on time, identified and fixed the issue promptly. Polite and professional, couldn't have asked for more. Saved our tenant's Christmas dinner.

Had a problem with the electrics to my electric shower and had a few light fittings to change. Ben was very professional and had good communication with regards to setting up a date which worked with my schedule. Very efficient service and reasonably priced. Ben was really great...! I drilled into a wall at home and unfortunately hit a wire, and Ben came round (on his day off...!) to repair the damage on the same day as it was urgent for us. Thank you Ben, and thank you for being so personable too.

I would highly recommend Ben. I had a tripping fuse box and called out an emergency electrictian who spent an hour and a half flapping between socket and switch and was none the wiser. So I had to cut short that clueless guy as he was charging me by the hour. Then i found Ben and he came on time that suited me the next day. He too, was checking the sockets and switches but was more assuring and confident in his work. He was a sleuth, found a dodgey cable, not sure how but he did and re-routed it. All fixed without having to remove any wall tiles or floor boards. Price was fair and reasonable. My new electrician.
