R. M.Can’t rate CEAV highly enough. These guys are passionate about their work and really just want to deliver a great outcome for their customers. Wesley is a Lutron lighting pro and managed to re-activate a neglected installation in no time. He was also happy to explain how stuff works and is happy to let you do the technical bits of the job you’re comfortable with, rather than just offering a ‘black box’ service that may then require repeated future call outs. He also went out of his way to explain intricacies of different light dimmers in late night emails, despite already having been paid. Separately, I had Adrian do more than half a dozen electrical jobs within 4hrs. Super efficient, no time wasting, and able to figure out complex wiring with minimal input. Managed to do everything I asked for flawlessly. Brilliant.
All CEAV staff I’ve interacted with are polite and reply promptly. The visits took place exactly on time. Good value for money too! Only downside is they seem to be very busy so it can take quite a while to get a slot. Good for them!
R. B.CEAV installed a AV/Cinema System in our extension and Network/Wifi throughout our house. We've been very happy with the results, and everything is concealed away nicely, with a single remote control/smart phone to make it easy to listen to music or watch a film. Every now and then the devices (AV Amp, Control 4, Sonos) get updates which can cause small issues, but James and Wesley have been fantastic at getting us back up and running. Their after-sales has been great.

Unlike others, they were vague about the costs and length of time it would take. CEAV's approach was professional and informative.. They appointed Adrian to attend our home to firstly survey the jobs, and followed with a detailed quote.
Adrian completed all the work with professionalism. He was meticulous and thorough, and it was clear that he valued quality of his workmanship. We could not be happier with the work that was completed. All 3 jobs transformed our space and looks amazing. We have no hesitation in recommending CEAV and we will be sure to use them again for the future.
