Ten out of ten service from a father and son duo. Never met these guys before, found them on a Google search, but after dropping my car there and spending an hour watching them (it's my 25k classic bmw so not anybody gets to touch it) I knew I was in SAFE HANDS FINALLY. They diagnosed the correct issues and rectified them, documenting it all along the way! If you have electrical issues, call these gentlemen, they are going to solve your issue and look after you price wise too. Congrats guys!

The customer service provided by Chris was excellent. I was sceptical about all the 5* reviews as they seemed too good to be true! However after visiting I understood the hype! Chris refused to let me pay until I had driven the car for a few days so that I was satisfied the electrical fault was fixed, he then charged less than what I was expecting. This great service is very refreshing. I would highly recommend D&D to anyone with an electrical issue.

I visited DND Car Electrics a couple of months ago after my car had issues with the throttle position sensor communicating with the PCM, the voltages were not matching resulting in the car's performance being curtailed. I enjoyed the friendly service that was offered by DND Car Electrics and the honesty in them. They were straight up and were clear in what they'd do to address the problem and kept me well informed throughout. What stands out with this mechanic is how they would video record the problem and show you what's wrong over WhatsApp. In this case, it was my throttle body which was extremely dirty with carbon deposits. They cleaned my throttle body to a good standard and even test drove my vehicle to ensure there was no recurring problem. I was kept well informed about my issue throughout and I think that's what I liked about this mechanic. Also, for the diagnostic and repair it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, I found the price to be very reasonable and overall very happy. If I had any extra money, I would have paid a bit more for their good service.

Took my Peugeot 407 into Chris with a whole host of electrical gremlins. What followed was probably the best service I've had from a car mechanic/professional. A very thorough, methodical diagnostic process, identified the root cause of the issue. A pleasure to deal with, extremely good value....and even sent me Whatsapp videos of his progress during the fix! Would recommend Chris and DND to anyone with any car electrical issues. Outstanding.

Had a really frustrating problem with my VW Golf MK6 - something was draining the battery and I couldn’t figure out what. Took it to a local garage and they charged me to tell me it was a faulty battery - it wasn’t. After changing two batteries, it was obvious there was another problem. Having looked around on the internet, I stumbled across DND, saw the positive reviews and decided to give Chris a call. He was very helpful from the start and explained everything in detail and what was required to find out the issue. I decided to take in my car a few days later and again, Chris was really helpful and was honest all the way throughout about what he was going to do. The best thing about this was that as Chris was working on my car, he was also sending me video updates on WhatsApp to keep me in the loop. It took him a day to find out the problem and again sent me video updates to show me that the battery drain had gone once the faulty Radio fuse was taken out. Chris was nice and honest throughout the process and laid out all the solutions on the table without cutting corners or hiding anything. It’s very hard to find mechanics like Chris. I 100% recommend DND to others and most definitely will be coming back. Keep it up Chris!

The central looking on my 11 year old Vauxhall Zafira was not working and my usual main dealer garage wanted £130 just to look at it. Chris had my car for less than an hour, diagnosed a blown fuse but kept testing to see if it would blow again. He had my car for a few hours in total and charged me half of an already very low price. Went to Chris Saturday morning my car kept cutting out once it got to 40 mph everyone tired to fix it but no one could fix it. Someone recommended him to me. I dropped my car there Saturday at 1030 at 1230 Chris called me, I thought he was going to say he couldn't do it.....nope he was calling to say I can collect it in an hour. Not only was shocked, happy, and surprised but i couldn't believe he had solved the problem which others didn't. Very professional, friendly and pleasant garage. Chris fixed my 2005 Porshe Cayanne electrical fault when no body else could. I took it to Porshe east london who wanted to change parts for thousands although they was not sure what the fault was, even a Porshe specialist in Towerbridge could not fix the fault. It took Chris at least 3 weeks to fix but he never gave up. Chris kept me updated daily on what he was doing and i was happy with the cost it was great value for money! would highly recommend if you want a honest service.

Do not waste your time going anywhere else! I saved hundreds with DnD! I would say that Chris is the Electric Guru for cars and unfortunately I cannot see anyone above and beyond him. I call or send a text he will be ready to deal with any electrical car problem. This could be a small car saloon as an example or a seven seater. I just wish that all mecahnics were as transparent as Chris. But just to finally put it out there he is in one word "Impecible".
