I needed to purchase some Quantum heaters for my house and I spoke to the Customer Service team, I got through to them straight away, to make sure that they had stock. I have spoken to a few online places and stock was non existent. This company had absolutely everything that I needed and promised me delivery for next day and did it!!! Amazing service and would definitely recommend them. Well done

We’ve just had a Quantum storage radiator delivered. The service couldn’t be any better. Ordered on line and then rang up for a delivery date. Prompt phone answering and friendly and helpful response arranging a mutually convenient date. Tracking good on the day and product delivered on well packed pallet. Both heater and bricks in perfect condition, and delivered off the tail lift on a pallet truck and pushed up our driveway by a very helpful driver. Radiator now installed and working fine. We’re about to get more Quantums for the rest of our house, so no hesitation in buying from Electricpoint again.

Fast dispatch and delivery, they had what I needed in stick and at half the price of the usual distributors. Online reviews made me hesitant, but I ordered anyway and the service was fantastic! Would recommend

I will update this when I receive the product. This is the second one that I have had to return. The first one was faulty. The second one was a different extractor fan with pull cord which was not suitable for inside shower. Response has been efficient and kind although the policy leaves a lot to be desired. Having to return the item they must receive the faulty one first before sending out the working one. Again another weekend with no en-suite shower no lights and the cost of an electrician repeatedly doing the job and having to return is beginning to wear on me. Yet they still insist, even though their mistake, that I must wait for it to be collected before they can then send and deliver to me the correct one! No one to really talk to other than the staff who have been efficient as I say and pleasant to deal with. So fingers crossed they send the right working one next time. I will keep you updated on this. Ok update. Company sent out another rapidly and I didn’t bother returning original. Works fine although humidifier part in it keeps it going on again and again through the night so had to pull out the connection to humidifier so sleep peacefully!

Must say I received excellent and really friendly service from Electricpoint. Had to return items as well and they were extremely helpful - no fuss. I did call to ensure stock before ordering which was also answered promptly. Thank you
