Erhan was excellent. He came within 15 minutes of me calling at 4.50 on a Friday, did a fantastic job and charged a very reasonable fee. He was friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend ER electrical and have asked if Erhan is free to do some more work for us soon!

I can't recommend Erhan highly enough and I will definitely call on him again. He installed a consumer unit at my flat and provided an ECIR certificate. He was professional from the initial conversation to completing the job. And then a few months later when the circuits tripped he gave advice over the phone indicating that the electric cooker +25 years old was causing the problem. When the cooker arrived and we still had tripping issues he did a WhatsApp call and could tell us quickly that the earth wire on the electric cooker plug was incorrectly connected. Many electricians would probably insist on coming out and making money from the job.
