L. W.Excel Electrical Services did a manual switch-on hookup for our home. They were helpful, friendly, and reliable throughout the whole transaction. The electrician was always on time and did the right thing. The final bill had been paid and I discovered that there was a miscommunication concerning one circuit. He worked with us to ensure that I was satisfied with my final results. He was willing to go back and make changes if I wanted them. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience. A. H.The electrician removed the plug socket in our bathroom and put in a new light fixture. The electrician did a great work and explained everything clearly. Although he was waiting to have his socket dry, he still went to the store to purchase the bulbs required for the bathroom. We didn't buy the right ones. Excel Electrical Services will be a company we use again. We recommend them highly.
C. G.My water heater was not operating due to broken switches and timers. I planned for the electrician to get the parts I suspected he'd require and to do the repair the same day. He arrived on time and went through everything I needed. He saw that I didn't require new timers and offered to return them to the shop. He completed the work quickly and clearly. I'm overjoyed since the cost is less than half of what I originally committed to. I wholeheartedly endorse Excel Electrical Services and will utilize it again the next time I want the services of an electrician.
P. V.Yamin was just brilliant. We had a power cut in our flats today and when I got home my burglar alarm had a fault and was buzzing constantly. It was so bad there was no way I could have slept through the noise this evening. I tried everything in the manual to turn it off. I then phoned Yamin who talked me through how to stop the electricity supply to the alarm. I sent him lots of photos to help narrow down what I needed to do and he was very patient talking me through it step by step. As a result, I successfully stopped the alarm without the need for a call out. I can not thank Yamin enough and I am now helping out other fiat owners with a similar problem following the power cut. I would highly recommend excel electricians. Thanks again for your help.
