M. I.Had really good customer experience by Rob. Ordered my knighysbridge switches and arrived within few days. Also guided me with other products I purchased as I have no clue.
K. M.I only went in for a few basic electrical bits, however the service I received from the older gentleman on the counter was exceptional. Customer care goes such a long way and prompted me to leave this review. I am going to pop down soon to see if they sell an external 4G switch for my garden lights and pond.

C. A.I was served by a very knowledgable member of staff (Guy with a turban), seemed to be very polite and helped my choose the right circuit breakers for my fuse board. I was a little confused about the Ampage at first, as I was collecting the components on behalf of my electrician, but the staff member assured me I would be able to change anything if it wasn't correct. I also purchased some ducting, trunking, 5metres of armoured cable, cable ties, LED dimmers, 13Amp fuses, a roll of electrical cable and some safety gloves.
