This is the 2nd time I've used Ken's services and both times he's been so easy to deal with. He fit a pretty chandelier for me and it looks lovely. He's punctual, cleans up after himself and he's a nice guy. I'll definitely keep his number for any future electrical work.

Job: Faulty dimmer light switch repair Desperately needed an electrician to fix a dimmer switch that had packed up last night. Spotted the 5* reviews for KD Electrical London and made the call. Ken picked up immediately, asked me loads of questions to try to ascertain what the situation was and turned up a couple of hours later. He swiftly changed the mechanism behind the faceplate from a traditional one to a compatible LED one. Tested with my brand new LED bulb. Reasonably priced, professionally executed and a lovely, friendly chat during and afterwards. Trustworthy and reliable electrician. I was recommended Ken by a family member and contacted him to investigate a frequent power cuts in my mothers house. Ken arrived on-time, able to find the root-cause, kept me updated whilst he was on the job (as i was unable to attend) and done a safety check all other electrics whilst he was onsite. Very pleased with work, cost of work and would most definitely use again.

As a satisfied Homeowner I can commend KD Electrical ( run by Ken ) as a genuine N. London based electrician who provided us an emergency call out within 1 hour. Not only did Ken fix our problem but thoroughly tested his work onsite. Charges, compared to some other of the rogue companies you find with plausible internet sites, were very reasonable. Ken himself was polite and helpful. Prior to finding KD Electrical, we had contacted other suppliers claiming to be operating local emergency electrical services. Most are a scam ( ie. Wefixnow ), they claim to be local ....they’re not. They are overpriced Web based outsourcing companies that farm out enquiries to itinerant electricians/ plumbers covering the whole of London and Home Counties. They are also overpriced and rarely interested in the repeat purchase that can be generated from a genuinely satisfied customer. Yes, you’ve guessed, should we need to, KD will be the first number we call in future.

My boiler wasnt working and i couldnt afford to replace it, luckily i found KD electrical. They came and fixed the boiler issue within a very reasonable time/cost, i also asked them to resolve a separate electrical issue i had in my kitchen, which was temperamental, i am glad i called them because i have not had the same issue since! 100% recomendable company! Thanks for your quick and efficient services! Will definately reuse this company!
