Lloyed came round to replace the electric board. He was so incredibly nice and friendly it was a pleasure having him in the house. He finished the job quicker than I had anticipated and I seemed to do a very thorough and professional job. He also helped with some other electric problems that I had noticed round the house, for example he rewired our dimmer switches to make them LED compatible, he changed the shaver plug in the bathroom to stop it making a buzzing sound and he got the oven hob lighter to work. He also hoovered and cleaned up any mess he made and was very tidy and considerate. He was so helpful in answering all our questions and he said that his work came with a 1 year warranty so that if we experienced any problems we could always call him back. Overall I cannot fault anything about Lloyed, he was nice and easy to chat with, he was competent and professional and went above and beyond to help us with any problem we asked about on top of the works he was initially booked to do. Such a great guy!
