Jakub did an amazing job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He was super professional and worked very quickly. There were a lot of light bulbs to replace in my flat, and he cleaned each light fixture as he was working! I was super impressed with his level of professionalism and consideration for doing the job right. You can definitely trust him to do things the right way and not take any shortcuts. He also took the time to explain to me the issues with some of my lights (I was switching from halogen to LED and this resulted in some flickering because of having a transformer with too high of a minimum load/wattage) so that I now fully understand the problem and how to fix it (I need to buy a different transformer). I couldn't be happier with the job Jakub did.

What a surprise in these days. I wouldn’t recommend Q Electric, I’d go as far as to say you should break a few light fittings just to get him to come round. This company is awesome and it’s just a shame I don’t have more stuff that needs fixing. I just needed a couple of light fittings installed by a qualified electrician so called Jakub, got free quote and said he would come round the same day. Result! Arrived bang on time communicating his arrival. He took his shoes off in my house without asking, big points in my book. Lights were fitted no problem but the LED bulbs I had bought were too big. He had LED bulbs with him and only charged me cost price. Finally he cleaned up after himself and offered to fill in the old mounting holes but I said it was fine. Best value electrician I’ve had in long long time. Seriously polite, professional and considerate and I would recommend Jakub to anyone.
