TNS are great! One of the electricians named Afrim, came over to upgrade my spot lights and sockets. He was professional, on time and efficient. Was very friendly and did everything that was needed. He also found faults in other areas in my house and solved the issues which I wasn’t aware of. I couldn’t recommend anyone else 10/10 if you want any repairs or technical issues hit up TNS.

Taha and his team went above and beyond the call of duty on this job. I was under time pressure to have the work completed within a week and they stepped up and kindly managed fit me in around other work. On the day of the job an unavoidable emergency meant they arrived late and the start time, of quite a big job, was delayed. For most companies this would have meant trailing the work into the next day but these guys went into overdrive. Instead of 2 electricians turning up I had 4, all totally professional, friendly and highly motivated. They worked tirelessly, keeping me informed every step of the way. This was an extremely challenging job, by my own admission, access was terrible, this was really hard graft but nobody got stressed and everyone remained in good spirits, despite the long hours. To their total credit, they stayed into the evening until the job was completed, the place cleaned, power restored and a full electricity certificate issued. I can't speak highly enough of this firm and would have no hesitation in booking them for any future work I need. Sadly it's rare to come across service of this standard in this day and age so this has to be shouted about. A big thanks to the whole team, including the admin staff, who all played their part in getting the job done.

We used TNS for several different electrical projects, including installation of wall lights and installation of a new socket, which were all completed in the same day. The two technicians were incredibly polite, professional, and did a great job. They were communicative about what they were doing and what the impact would be, took care not to make a mess, and even volunteered to help with things that were completely outside of their job description, liken helping me bring some heavy boxes up the stairs. Plus, they were friendly and considerate with my pets. Before and after the job, the business owner checked in to let me know they were coming and to get feedback on how the job went. As a young(ish) woman, I'm not alway comfortable being in a house alone with service providers. I had no qualms with this crew and they set me at ease right away. I will definitely use them for future electrical needs.

Everyone we dealt with at the company were extremely friendly and professional. I forgot about the initial appointment - which was meant to be a full 9 hour job - but they told me it wasn't a problem and could rearrange for in a few weeks. When they came the second time they were efficient and friendly all the time, delivering high quality work. The job was relatively dusty as there were a few replacements needed, but they left the flat cleaner than when they arrived. Daniel, Cisse and Taha were fantastic and I'd definitely recommend.

Absolutely Brilliant! TNS Solutions fitted three garden wall lights and the service was exceptional, highly skilled, efficient and personable. I later thought I had a problem with the lights and I called them out. They didn't bat an eyelid and came within a few days to inspect. To my horror I discovered I adjusted my outdoor timer and it was nothing to do with the light at all. The electrician was graceful and said he was happy to have come even though it was totally unnecessary. I highly recommend TNS Solutions, I will certainly be using them again!

TNS Electrical Solutions were a breath of fresh air! Taha, the head of the team, was refreshingly honest in his assessment and pricing of the schedule of works we put together. He was always punctual, explained all his activity and ran his team with military precision and efficiency. TNS did the traditional electrician work throughout our house. Additionally, we had strip lights laid, televisions hung and wi-fi etc. set up throughout. The work was so good we had TNS’s carpentry team build a storage facility for us in our basement. It was more of the same: exceptional work, great pricing and always professional. We found TNS via our Nextdoor app and we couldn’t recommend any other electricians and carpenters more highly.
