F. M.Had a full rewire all very professionally carried out. External cameras installed around property. Automatic gates fitted. They worked diligently and professionally were on time and before leaving cleaned up. Cannot fault the work which is considered to be of the highest standard. Pricing competitive would recommend without hesitation.

They were faced with a complex job having been let down by others, and they have turned a nightmare situation for us in to a fantastic outcome!
Nothing is ever too much trouble and they only leave once they’ve completed everything, checked with us we are happy, and they even clean up after themselves!! Excellent communication, easy to get hold of when required and always go out of their way to overcome complex issues and update you on progress of work. They always check that we are happy with the progress and before making any changes. Grateful to have found Absolute Protection as I now have a reliable & trustworthy contact going forward for any future work and maintenance contracts. Really good guys to deal with and felt they genuinely really care about their clients and the job in hand. Rhys & Tom are also a credit to Dave and his company. They worked non stop and constantly checked if I was happy with what they were doing, found solutions to problems, and cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Very polite and down to earth team. Highly recommend, wouldn’t look anywhere else now. From a very happy customer! Looking forward to working with them in the future.

G.Dave did some electrical work at our house which is currently being renovated - he installed new sockets, changed the covers on existing sockets, installed two new spotlights (first fix before the plastering and finishing the work after the plastering was done), and also installed some ceiling lights including the very fiddly one pictured. He did a first-rate job - he was very professional and courteous, wearing a face mask throughout and also using shoe covers when walking on our new carpet, he was very patient with me when putting up the ceiling light to make sure it was just right, and all of the work was done perfectly. He was very communicative and showed up when he said he would (which doesn’t always happen in our now quite extensive experience of other tradespeople!). He provided his invoice and minor works certificate very promptly. We will be using Dave again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks Dave!

The work was scheduled and Stuart arrived on site as expected. Stuart was there everyday until the job was finished. And the job cost was accurate to the quote. This was during difficult working conditions which Dave & Stuart worked with and around. Absolute fulfilled the criteria important to me - knowledgeable, on time, did what they said they would, the price was as quoted and they provided the necessary paperwork.

They are extremely knowledgable and professional. Having trades in your home can often be challenging but not with these guys. They are always on time, clean, tidy and polite. We have also recommended them many times and will continue to do so.
