Great, we used API to fit a Zappi car charger at our house, they quoted on the Zappi installer quote tool on Myenergi's website. They were cheaper than the others by quite a long way and we arranged the appointment easily, although we had to have a fuse upgrade first which Northern Powergrid charged us £1000 for. API were helpful in arranging everything. The guy who came to fit was very helpful, just got on with it, no problems. The charger is great.

API installed a Zappi car charger for me. I received a few quotes before selecting API. They were not the cheapest but gave me the most confidence of being able to do the job and also a clear and easy-to-follow quote. I am happy that I selected API as the whole process, from first contact through to installation, was very straight forward and professional. The install itself was very tidy and Jamie went out of his way to help with the set-up (including calling me over the weekend to make sure it was working!). I did have a minor issue with the initial install but that was very quickly and professionally dealt with - great after-sales service. I would not hesitate to recommend API.

I was told by the car sales man at Mercedes where I purchase my car. API where excellent. Jordan did a decent job installing our Zappi EV Charger. We did have to check some details with myenergi after the installation, which meant a quick change to the installation, but this was all done in the morning of the install. No EV as yet, so I can't comment as to how well the charger works, but the install process was smooth, and API Electrical did take care to check details of how I wanted the charger to work in conjunction with our solar panels and i-Boost water heater.

Ordered my Zappi Charger (and my EV) shortly before lockdown started. Andy contacted me as soon as lockdown requirements allowed and Jamie fitted the charger a couple of days later. All went very smoothly - the unit was installed without fuss or mess and looks great and the accompanying app is excellent. Paperwork was completed subsequently with Jill. Excellent service I was given the name of API by a friend who had used them for the installation of his AV charger. I made contact and a member of the team came to my house to access what would be needed.we agreed on position and I received the estimate on the same day. A day for installation was agreed and they turned up bang on time and commenced the work.You would not know they were there and this is the first time I have experienced a workman refusing a cup of tea.He had brought his own refreshment! Job was finished faster than I thought so very pleased and I would not hesitate recommending API in the future.

API installed an EV charging point for us. This was a complicated installation involving liaison with Northern Powergrid and some difficult decisions about load and load balancing. API's office team led me through this really well helping me to understand my options and what would be possible without having to completely change the connection to the grid. They responded to my queries in a timely and prompt manner throughout. The physical installation was also complicated as it involved a lot of hidden internal routing through tight crawl spaces. API and their installers has absolutely no problem with this and were tidy and efficient. I'm pretty picky but cannot fault their work at all. Apart from our new charger, you'd not know they had been. All in all, really good, and frankly a contrast to some of the other installers I contacted who were a lot less responsive. Recommended.

Having quickly realised I had less than zero knowledge of the plethora of options out there, it was hugely reassuring to find a company that was local, had the experience to explain the options in a way it all made sense and allowed me to feel confident in what I was doing, all for considerably less cost than I'd been quoted at many other places. The Zappi charger fitter (Ian) arrived early before 8am and was very courteous and efficient. He made a very tidy job of positioning the charger on an extenal wall, with the portion of the cabling that was visible neatly and securely held in place with cable grips. He then explained the operation to me, and that went smoothly apart from a mistake I made re-entering my password. The whole process was over before 11am. Excellent job and would recommend API.

I am not surprised this company gets nothing but five stars. After a dire experience with ‘ChargedEV’ and cancelling and having my deposit returned, I went straight to API Electrical. From initial contact to having the charger fitted took about 10 days. By the same point Charged EV hadn’t even contacted me after taking the deposit. These guys are, however, a different league! Communication was excellent, rapid and always polite. The chap who did the job turned up early, was friendly and extremely helpful and patient considering my technological ineptness! Please do use these guys if you are considering getting a charger fitted - businesses of this calibre are few and far between nowadays and deserve the business!

APi Electrical recently fitted an Elvi EV Box at my house. They first surveyed the area and advised on the right position for the charger. They then came back in the timescales I needed and with little/no mess they installed the charging point, with no issues. The system is easy to use and APi showed us how to utilise the box, taking us through the registration system and utilising the app. Although we didn't have the car at the time!
