Can't recommend Micky from McGrath Electrical enough. He's professional, communication was great, as was time keeping & costs. My job was testing to say the least, but Micky found the problem & fixed it. My bedroom wall is no longer "live" & is safe now. I didn't even know it was live before Micky found the problem & showed me. Scary find. In future I'll call McGrath first for sure ! Thank you so much Micky, your help is very much appreciated

Reached out for help in an emergency and Mike was able to make time the same day to thoroughly investigate, diagnose and solve the problem, restoring power. Highly professional and even thought to call ahead to confirm he would be with us in about 30minutes as he was finishing his previous job. Considerate and extremely careful when moving items to access particularly challenging areas - even came prepared with a change of footwear when moving into the house / outside. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic service. Really appreciated being fitted in with quite late notice/close to Christmas. Quick response/good comms. Installed a new thermal electric radiator for me, which included fixing the wall mount and wiring it in/adding an electric point. Everything about the experience was positive. Mounted carefully using a spirit level. Brought the necessary part for the electric point. It is working perfectly, I'm delighted. Brought own vacuum to clean up afterwards. Micky carried out a full rewire on my two bed terraced house. His quote was very reasonable and he was prompt to start. Micky and his young apprentice worked very hard including additional jobs such as taking up flooring. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always in communication. Mike has completed multiple jobs at our home, from wiring up my garage to upgrading the lighting in my loft. All work was carried out to a very high standard, at a very reasonable price. I needed electrical work doing on a room that was getting plastered the next day and I called Mick on a long shot. I couldn't believe that he could come out the same day! He came out within a couple of hours and he did a very thorough and professional job. I cannot recommend this guy enough, I am extremely happy with the work he's done and can't sing his praises enough. Absolutely outstanding work from Micky - We had a few things to get done but quite a lot of little problems surfaced throughout the day as we live in an old property with plenty of shoddy previous electrical work involved and Micky went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Amazing service, highly recommended! Micky came round with less that 24 hours notice to deal with an electrical fault an issue casing loss of power to the whole of my downstairs. He found the fault and rectified the issue quickly. I will definitely be calling for help with any problems I have in the future!

We contacted McGrath Electrical today after searching online for an emergency electrician. There had been a fire at the house next door and, although minimal damage to our house, the fire brigade advised having our electrics checked before allowing us to return home. It had been a very stressful day for us but McGrath Electrical were very calm and helpful. I cannot rate the service we got highly enough. The price was also extremely reasonable so we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Micky's fixed a couple of things for us, and each time it was nice and quick, and we ended up better-off than before. In fact, the first time he came round, he also fixed a fault we had with an alarm that I hadn't even realised could BE fixed, I just thought it was a quirk of the building! Anyway, over the years I've had the occasional electrician (or handyman or whatever) come round who I couldn't wait to get rid of - this isn't one of them, I'll use McGrath Electrical every time now.

Called out after we lost power on a Sunday evening. Was here within an hour (straight from another customer) and fixed the fuse box for a very reasonable price. Always a bit of a gamble getting emergency tradespeople online, but there's nothing to worry about here. will use McGrath again.

Brilliant service. My consumer unit failed due to the RCD being faulty. This was 6.30 at night and they came round about an hour later on the way back from another job. They didn't have the exact RCD to replace the existing one but amazingly they managed to fit one from another unit they had. They didn't charge as they wanted to get the correct replacement but as its old it wasn't possible to find it. Brilliant service and very friendly. Recommended and would absolutely use again.
