Jeff responded to my initial enquiry within minutes, already offering a more competitive rate, and a faster service, than others I'd contacted. He replied to my subsequent emails promptly, outlining his services very clearly and concisely. On the day of testing he arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early!), and carried out his inspection in a friendly, informal yet professional manner.
