Jim and his team were fantastic at helping us when we had a cut out. He quickly came out on the day and diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed. Very friendly and explains things very easily to understand. We then used Jim's team to install some Nest equipment a couple months later because of his excellent service. He got them installed quickly and set it all up for us and gave a complete demonstration of it. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service! They are top professionals and have sorted out the damage I had caused to lightning due to flooding! Also when here we asked if they could fit a brand new light fitting which they did and looks great! They were out very quickly to attend the job which required a particular part to be replaced which wasn’t easy to purchase due to shortages for that particular part in relation to the mains box! They went to several stores and managed to find the part needed which shows that they don’t quit on a job, extremely reliable electricians that I will highly recommend to others! James and James came out late on Saturday after I managed to blow the main fuse in the house trying to resolve an issue with our downstairs lights They came out really quickly after being called, identified the problem and restored power. They then returned on Tuesday after 6, arriving when they said they would, and investigated what was causing the lighting problem. They eventually found the dodgy wiring from a kitchen refit a few years ago and sorted the problem as well as a few other issues they spotted. They are both nice blokes and were professional, tidy, and thorough in the work they did and all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Cannot thank you enough! Came home from a work trip to no power to sockets. Called Jim and he immediately responded arriving within 30mins, even though it was 9.30pm. Are electricity tripped out at 4am in the morning setting off the alarm turning off all sockets, freezer etc and we couldn't get it back on. Rang these guys and they were brilliant. I bought a new pendant light fitting and decided to try and install it myself. It was 2000hrs and everything that went wrong did. I totally messed it up and lost all the lights up stairs!! I had a quick look at the fuse box but I couldn’t reset it so I called NEECOS to help. The lads turned up within 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue, which actually turned out to be a problem with the microwave. They were polite and respectful and I was so pleased they turned up as quickly as they did considering it was starting to get quite late.
