We were having some building work done, and as a result found an issue with our electrics. Right Wire worked out the cause really quickly and explained a couple of different options for fixing it. We did get quotes from other companies too, but Right Wire were the only ones that came in at an affordable price. They carried out the work at a time right for us. The guys were polite, professional and mindful of our autistic child's needs. The issue is fixed, the work looks tidy and we'll definitely use them again.

I had an emergency situation where I had no power to my property. After phoning Rightwire for assistance I was blown away with how helpful they were. Understanding the difficulties of having no power they came to my property immediately and carried out the necessary remedial works. Rightwire's customer service, attentiveness and professionalism was first class. I can't sing their praises highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely pleased with service: We had an electrical problem on Friday evening (Jun2019) and the Master RCD switch would not reset, leaving us totally without power. We obviously needed assistance as soon as possible. I found RightWire (Isle of Wight) on the internet and they offered Emergency Assistance. We had never used their services before but decided to call them. Our call was answered by Jason, who was very polite and helpful - he initially made a few suggestions that we could try ourselves (to see if the problem could be solved). Having tried the suggestions the RCD switch would still not reset, so Jason said he could be with us in about half an hour and he fully explained the initial costs for the call-out. Jason arrived quickly and it immediately became clear that he was a very knowledgeable person (and everything was fully explained to me as he investigated the electrical fault). He was thorough, efficient and very friendly whilst working at our property. He soon isolated the problem and effected a solution thereby restoring our power supply. My wife and I were extremely grateful — and he certainly saved us from a potentially very fraught weekend! RightWire's phone number is now in my diary and I would not hesitate in calling them for any electrical work. I will also be recommending RightWire to any of my friends & neighbours who might need a good competent electrical service. Jason is a highly skilled electrician and a great ambassador for the company. We had total confidence in his abilities and we also felt we had received value for money for RightWire's prompt out-of-hours emergency service. Top marks and many thanks to RightWire — it's good to know that companies like this are on the Island. A truly Five Star service!

Brilliant job done again . The rightwire lad called Mark even got us a choice of lights in his van thinking ahead he said sometimes people buy a light for bathrooms that's not suitable for for moisture so I choose one and was supprised the at the price being cheaper than I'd seen in a large DIY Store really pleased throuughlthroughly recomed rightwire
