A. H.Our oven died the day after Boxing Day, and on a recommendation from a friend we gave these guys a ring, tbh not expecting much given the time of year. They came out and diagnosed our issue the morning after we called them but sadly it turned out that our cooker couldn’t be fixed so we had had to get a new one. They had none in stock themselves, they encouraged us to buy one elsewhere and said they would be happy to come and fit it for us (for pretty much half the price the online retailer was charging!) It’s just been done, and again, could not fault them. They left the kitchen as they found it, they took all the packaging for the new cooker and the old broken one away with them. Considering we didn’t buy the new one from them I was really pleased with the whole thing. Donna in particular deserves a mention, what could have been a panic inducing week or so was made much easier thanks to her help.
They’ll always be our first port of call from now on.
