Shaun and the team have carried out several new installations and upgrades over the course of 4 years at my property in central Northampton. Recently, I had a nasty burning smell coming from my old fuse box occasionally. It was a concern. I contacted ST Electrical by email after seeing the 5 star reviews and Shaun's response was quick. When it was convenient with me, he and his team came over and identified the problem and fixed it in no time, for a very reasonable charge. Shaun is very friendly and puts you at ease. I would have no hesitation calling ST Electrical again and in fact I soon will be, to have my cranky old fuse board replaced with a modern consumer unit. Many thanks to you Shaun and team. Prompt and great service. Much appreciated. Edit - Shaun and his team have now fitted a new 18th edition consumer unit for me. One fault was identified and fixed quickly. Neat and tidy work. Shaun is a reliable, punctual and thoughtful electrician. He takes time to listen, suggest solutions, and then depending upon what you decide on ensures that all is finished to perfection. He puts things right! All mess is swept away, leaving a place in a far better state for his having being there. Shaun is fantastic. He undertook wiring of a large extension to my house back in 2013 including additional consumer unit, multiple switching lights, ensuite, new kitchen with 4 different sets of wiring to lights, central island electrics, 3no. electric velux windows, he also rewired the garage and installed some external lights. Shaun has more recently undertaken works in one of my rental properties including new kitchen, bathroom, consumer unit and generally updating of switches and lights.
