Needed home charger for new EV Diamond were recommended to us and were competitively priced with various different charger products available. They were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and efficient. They came out for a site visit prior to booking/ordering with them due to us wanting to check possible locations of charger and having to accommodate solar panels. Amy was very helpful, no question or query was too much trouble, excellent customer service. Installation was booked in promptly once product decided upon. I would recommend Diamond Services to anyone who asks as they have been great from start to finish.

I needed a car charger for my new EV (coming soon!!) I got some quotes from local businesses and Diamond came out competitively priced, but they were also the most responsive, friendly and efficient. One call with Amy and the install was booked in. Jack arrived on the day of the install bang on time. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and cracked on with the install, which went perfectly. He even waited for my landlord to go and pick up some particular trunking he wanted used, which he then installed. Nothing was too much trouble. I will recommend Diamond Services to anyone who asks as they have been brilliant from start to finish and well priced.

Installed a Zappi EV charger at short notice. (Before Gov grant ends March 2022!) Straightforward process, decent price quoted and the installer listened to my concerns and got it exactly where required. Not rushed, pleasant chap and cleared up after himself. Would highly recommend.

We needed a car charger for our new hybrid car. I really struggled to get anyone local to return my calls until I found Diamond. Amy was very helpful and we arranged a site survey on the first call. The quote was very competitive and based on the service we had received we were more than happy to place an order. She also advised us about the Government Grant, although I had already researched and applied for this so again, very efficient. The installation went ahead on the day agreed, electrician arrived punctually and was very polite and efficient. I will recommend Diamond Services to anyone who asks as they have been brilliant from start to finish.

Really good response from Diamond services. I contacted them for a quote for an EV charger (Zappi) installation. They quickly called for an initial chat, to understand what I wanted & after requested a few photo’s of where I wanted the charger installed, consumer unit details etc. quote was received in good time. They answered a couple of extra questions via email for me & as their quote was slightly cheaper than others I had received, I asked them to proceed. A suitable installation date was soon agreed & pleasantly surprised it was only a couple of weeks later. Install was completed in about 2.5 hours. All workmanship looks good. Very pleased with the service I’ve received.
