Called out for emergency power restoration. Prompt response and arrived at the time agreed.RDC undertook a thorough assessment of the problem, talking us through the issues and various options. Brilliant bloke, came out quickly after i called to my 92 year old grandads house, he was very informative and made myself and my grandad feel at ease! Soon he located the fault and isolated the fault so that full power could be restored to the house. Without this guy my grandad would of had no sockets working in the upstair of the house, but thanks to this guy power is fully restored! Whilst he was at the property he replaced a socket that was slightly damaged at the top of the stairs! Top job Would highly recommend!

Ricky has installed light fittings for me on two occasions and repaired a damaged switch . Each time he goes above and beyond, eg. adjusting the height of cords and chains until I'm happy.
