In summary, an excellent, professional and friendly service at a great price with nothing too much trouble from two genuinely nice guys (Israr & Nasir). Five stars is not enough! Strongly recommended having completed such a large job to perfection with courtesy and standards sadly lacking these days from most. An absolute pleasure to deal with in every way. I was having a swimming pool installed and was let down by the electrician at the last minute. After frantically calling every electrician I could find I was going nowhere and in serious danger of being derailed. I then got hold of Urgent Electrical Services and Israr & Nasir came over that afternoon. Needless to say, this wasn't a simple job as it required a new spur off the main junction box, amored cabling brought through the wall, wrapped round the back of the house and then trenched to the new pool house, a new junction box, laying and connection to the pool lighting, spa jet motor and a new run of outdoor lighting together with all the connections to the boiler, filtration plant and everything else involved in a pool plant room. They were brilliant and had past experience with a commercial swimming pool, so knew what they were doing from the off. I did a short summary above (as this is often the only thing people read) but have to say again they were highly professional, extremely friendly and courteous, meticulously tidy in their work and stuck to their original quote despite many things taking much longer than anticipated. They even sorted a couple of lighting issues in the house whilst the were here. I will never use anyone else for electrical work and the photo's I have uploaded only show the surface of their work, everything else is hidden or in the pool house plant room.

My bathroom light broke and my extractor fan hadn’t been working for a while. I called about 5 different companies and heard nothing back. Urgent responded to my enquiry promptly on a Friday and were able to come round the following Monday. Very professional and friendly, and did a really good job! Will definitely use again and would recommend ☺️

Went with Urgent Electrical purely because of the good reviews on google compared to other companies and they matched up to expectations. We called at approx. 9.30PM and Israr arrived around 1 hour later and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They give you a fixed price before coming out so there is no misleading with pricing. Would recommend to all friends and family, very respectful and gives advice. Thanks so much.

I have used these guys a couple of times, one for urgent work that came up on the weekend and once for follow-up work that was arranged by appointment. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Such work is never cheap but the prices seem very reasonable to me, and very efficient service and excellent at keeping you updated with what they were doing. Called these guys on a Saturday morning because all our electric had gone off. After a call out, which they responded to within the hour, they arranged whatever parts they needed to come back to fix that same day. The chap I spoke to, Israr, was very friendly and helpful, and enabled me to sort out the problem myself. Almost all of my electricity had stopped, apart from a few lights. As far as I could see, all switches on the fuse box were in the right places. It was 9.00 at night and I was worried about having a freezer full of food going to waste. Israr could have just sent someone out and taken the fee but instead he got me to send him a photo of the fuse box and guided me to flip a recessed switch that I hadn't spotted. Problem solved! I was very impressed by the helpful attitude.

Called UES this morning after having no electric or heating on our ground floor since Saturday, we'd tried all suggestions regarding the issue, but it was a job for a professional. Most electricians couldn't see us for at least a week. UES were out to me by 1pm diagnosed the problem. They had to go get the part which took up their time, but only charged for the initial call out and the part plus vat, no additional time added. Excellent service. Cheers guys Amba.... It's 11 at night on a Sunday, electric goes. Couldn't get a hold of anyone tried 10 -15 people got trough to a well know company quoted 150 call out charge 65 for every half hour after. Managed to get in touch with these guys quoted me for the actual work over the phone , 90 pounds and 1hour later everything is sorted. Superb .
