I am very happy with the work we had carried out. We had three wall lights installed and a ceiling light replace in our living room. The existing wall lights were not central so they were moved. All mess was cleaned up . We also had a landing light replaced. It’s in a very awkward high position but it was no trouble for Mantas. He was very responsive and turned up and time and charged as quoted . I would highly recommend.

Mantas fitted a new light unit for me. Good communication before work was agreed and turned up punctually. He is polite and professional and although it was only a smallish job I was impressed at how thorough he was, checking the integrity of the light circuit he was going to work on before starting. Preparing work area with dust sheets and tidying up after he was finished. He also emailed me the relevant certification to cover the work that he has carried out. Well pleased I would thoroughly recommend him and intend to use him again soon for another job.

I am thoroughly delighted that Mantas Klova of Mk4electrical Ltd. replied to my job post about installing an external socket to the outside of our house. He was quick in replying to my emails and answering questions, and provided a very reasonable quote. When he arrived (next working day!) he was early and impeccably presented (both him and his van!). He was friendly and professional and keen to crack on with the job. This took a little longer than anticipated however the original quote was honoured. To an untrained eye the work looks fantastic and he left no mess whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him...a thoroughly professional and friendly service often lacking nowadays.

He also looked at a few other electrical problems I had in my house to see what the issues were, one in particular taking quite a while as it was quite fiddly. Mantas replaced a bathroom pull cord light switch for me. He was professional and let me know what he was doing for example when finding the previous one hadn’t been mounted properly so he redid it. Just overall friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Will hire again any time.

MK4 electrical was approached to quote on the following: Fit 4 lights Supply, change and correctly wire bathroom extractor (existing one was loud and had no permanent live which) Change cooker hood Supply correct wiring for new hob Connect up new cooker Quote seemed high to be honest but given his reviews I felt it seemed worth it. Having seen Mantas in action he takes no short-cuts and when the unexpected happens he adapts beautifully to the situation so although we are a little behind where initially expected I was in no rush and he has been working around my schedule so I have no doubt if I hadn`t forced time windows on him then he would of completed without complaint. In summary he is dedicated, tests everything to spec, troubleshoots along the way and kept me up-to date on everything. Can`t fault his no compromise approach and he is sticking to his quote regardless of the niggles that have appeared on what seemed an easy job on paper. I did plan to do most of this work myself but so glad I didn`t now. Paul
