I found Mark Story to be customer focused, he was prepared to visit the location measure and cost it accurately he was knowledgeable and gave advice which was advantages to me.He gave me a time line for completion which was kept. He was not the cheapest to quote but he showed an interest and care for the work I requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Story to anyone.
