We used this company to complete an electrical inspection and report for a property we were planning to purchase. Darren’s quote was the best in our area and he was great at communicating and very efficient in getting this done in a timely way. Would recommend for any electrical work you may need and will definitely use again!

We have lived in our property for 10yrs and have decided to rent the property out. We were therefore in need of an EICR electrical certificate. We initially used someone by recommendation but the resultant report came with a significantly large quote for remedial work. I'm no professional to electrics but I decided to get a second opinion so we called EPEC Electrical. Darren was exceptionally responsive to our need and booked us in within a matter of days from our initial contact. He conducted the report which resulted in minimal remedial works needing to be conducted to achieve a satisfactory result. Upon review of the other report he highlighted the errors that had been made - registration to a professional/ governing body is one thing, knowledge and experience is something completely different and Darren certainly excels here!! I cannot recommend his services highly enough. Great guy, polite, punctual and saved us a fortune! 11/10
