G. F.We were in panic mode on Friday afternoon as my daughter and grandson were without heating due to an electrical fault relating to her boiler. I rang JAH in mid afternoon and when I explained the position to them they went out of their way to make sure one of their Electricians visited before the end of the day, They did exactly as they promised and their Electrician fixed the problem and they had heating again. They went out of their way late in the day and the Electrician was so friendly and helpful, we all want to say a big thank you to everyone at JAH, we will certainly be recommending them and using them again in the future. This is what you call great customer service!!!
P. B.We used JAH electrical for 4 light fittings. Paul our electrician was very helpful. A vintage and a hallway light presented different problems but Paul went the extra mile to get the job done. Would recommend. Thanks Paul.
