We wanted our boiler moved out of our kitchen and into a cupboard upstairs, we also needed a new boiler. We got two quote from other companies, one was £4k the other £6k, they didn't even visit us. We saw an advert for QERB, a salesman came out and quoted us just under £3k. We went with QERB, the installation went smoothly. A few months later the control unit stopped working, QERB came out and replaced the unit quickly. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for more. Excellent customer service from start to finish. From the girl I spoke to on the phone to the surveyor that visited my home. He was polite and not at all pushy. Gave me a quote to digest and compare. Which was about £1500 less than British Gas! I booked in 2 days later and had new boiler fitted within a few days. The installer talked me through the new controls and made sure everything was working correctly. He cleaned loads of black muck out of my radiators. It all took a full day but was worth that extra effort. 10/10 guys. Highly recommend.

Mike from QERB Plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable. I paid less than £2000 for a full central heating install which British Gas has quoted me £6000 for. Frank and Steve fitted the new heating a week after Mike visited me and I’ve had no problems at all and a nice warm home since :-)

When I saw the advert for the scheme that QERB provde I was interested but quickly became sceptical. An age thing...we all get it in later life, it really looked just too good to be true. Discussions with others reinforced this point of view, but unknown to me two of my neighbours had had underfloor lagging and replacement boilers fitted at quite remarkable prices by QERB Energy, and a third very close neighbour couple were about to do the same and advised me to apply, which I'm delighted to say I did. And, let me say the outcome has been very, very satisfactory in all respects, and now I.ve persuaded a fifth neighbour to apply and that's another successful job completed. So if you.ve got any doubts, and could benefit from a new boiler and/or lagging I'd contact QERB, they have provided me with a top of the range boiler and underfloor lagging at a bargain price, and I am only too pleased to help others get the same or, similer deals. Note also that I have no connection with either QERB or the Contractors appointed to install my boiler who are Brunel Heating,for whom no praise is too high. What they did for me was quite remarkable, and with no trouble at all, two lads wno really know their stuff and could not have done more for my comfort.I just can't beleive how quiet tnis boiler is and how efficiently it heats up our place. First impressions were this is too good to be true and I nearly ignored the advert thinking it must be a scam. I did some research though and found there was a genuine scheme to help people reduce their carbon emissions so I went ahead and applied. Someone from QERB called me back in about 2 days and asked me some questions about my home and income and then arranged for a surveyor to come out a week later. A friendly guy called Chris came out and talked me through the scheme and measured up my home, taking some photographs which he said they had to collect as evidence. He told me they could top up my loft insulation for free and worked out I could fit 12 solar panels on the roof. He said because I was SE facing the grant was just slightly lower and I would need to contribute £200. I checked the small print and compared prices and that meant I was getting about £5000 funded. I decided to go ahead and two weeks later I had the loft insulated and solar panels installed. I received my MCS certificate about 2 weeks after that and have now signed up for a smart export tariff with my utility and am now not only saving money on my electric bill but am getting paid for any extra electric I generate. I reckon a lot of people are missing out on this scheme as they don't believe it's real. I'm glad I did my research and decided to give it a try.

Having had a few quotes for Solar installed on my roof of over £4000, I was over the moon at paying QERB just £1499 for 12 solar panels. The guys were really friendly and did a great job. 5/5. Looking to have some more work done next year and will be calling these first!

After reading some poor reviews I was a bit worried about going ahead but the new boiler was free and nobody else could match that. I’m glad I did as everyone from the girl on the phone to the fitters were extremely helpful and polite. My new boiler is brilliant and no issues. I can only imagine that some people like to complain and people that are happy probably don’t bother to go online and write a review. Thanks for all your help!

I had seen on Facebook that there was a scheme to allow local councils to part fund having your boiler replaced, the one in the property I bought was almost 20 years old and all the pipe work had to be changed as it was the older standard size of piping. Tobias of Qerb came out and quoted me there and then the price I would have to pay towards the work required which was still massively under the price should I have decided later to 'go it alone' with the costs so-to-speak. The new boiler and the pipe work were fitted to a good standard and everything has been working well - if you're having doubts about trying these guys, I'd say it's unfounded, they are very professional and keep in touch if there are any changes to the planned times and dates they set.

A very reliable company who did an excellent job of saving me money on my boiler through the eco scheme. Not only 50% cheaper than the competitors but was very professional. They took my enquiries seriously and checked everything out to make sure I got the boiler I needed. I paid only £850 for an Ideal vouge 40kw boiler supplied and fitted. Came with a magnetic filter and 10 year guarantee for both parts and labour as long as serviced every year. Ask Them though for different boilers and read the reviews of the boiler to see which is best for you. Ideal wasn't their first choice forme but reviews were excellent for the vouge from both the installers, customers and even impartial sites. Their customer service and call out are also best.

I had no gas connection and relied on electric heaters. QERB arranged for a gas connection to my home to be installed and fitted a full central heating system and combi boiler for me! I only had to contribute £199 towards what I have been quoted over £6000 for other companies to fit! Also saving a fortune on my heating bills now too. Thanks so much QERB.

Not sure what the negative reviews are for, a relative of mine had a new boiler and underfloor for a very small contribution compared to what other companies charge, very professional and quick service. I am booked in to have mine done too! Highly recommend! 5*

The customer service from this company is awful. Reading other reviews they will no doubt make some response to justify their case. DO NOT buy from them, they promise the earth and under deliver. I had a boiler installed and the condensation waste pipe was fed into a rain drain. They also leaked oil onto my carpet and gouged holes in my walls. The fitter didn’t even apologise and Alex the manager fails on every occasion he promises to get in contact. My advise, use BOXT!

Great service from start to finish. I saw an advert on Facebook for an eco grant and decided to try. Rob visited me and completed a survey of my home and advised I would qualify for a grant to have insulation under my floorboards and to replace my boiler. Within 10 days, both have been completed and already I can tell the difference. The chilly draughts have gone! I recommend these guys.

Just has a new Solar panel system system installed by these guys. I had another company come out first who told me they could do it free but they wanted to prressure me into taking out a loan and said the savings would pay for it, which was a con. QERB though worked out realistiic savings and quoted me just £1499 for 12 panels, and they got me a grant to cover the rest. Deffo recomend these guys. Fitters were on time and tidy too.

Mark and Tom fitted new central heating system in our house in Torquay. It took them 4 days and they worked hard each day and made sure they cleaned up each evening. The home is so much warmer now compared to our old storage heaters too.

Work done well but tried to bill me again months later. I asked them to double check records and they confirmed same outstanding balance. I informed them that my bank statement said otherwise and they immediately laughed it off as a record keeping error. Seemed odd... Double check if they come back asking for payments.
