J. E.We bought three 100A, 4-P IMO/Stag rotary isolators and a few sundries. The isolators are poor quality. A long cable run and poor load characteristics necessitated 35mm core size, and the terminals wouldn't accommodate them, or even the gland size. The enclosure was weak and twisted easily. It was all delivered to wrong site, in spite of accurate delivery notes, so we had to find where they had been left. A very "offish" response when returning the (useless to me) isolators with only a partial refund. No invoice delivered, so I now have to chase that too. I am also still waiting on a price for a 400A Schneider Electric panel board, incomer, pan assembly and MCCBs. Presumably our business is not welcome!
