Aaron came round to take a look at what needed to be done quickly, the quote came through equally swiftly, and arrangements were made for the work to be done. Nathan did a great job, he worked tidily, and cleaned up afterwards. I've no reservations in recommending Smartway if you need electrical work to be done.

From quoting, to booking, to carrying out the service on the day, it was a fab experience with all three team members encountered. The team were professional and reliable (and operate as a "Covid Safe" business). I would highly recommend their services, so much so, I've already booked them in to quote for a bigger job next year.

I contacted Aaron when a client needed some electrical work undertaken at their property. Aaron and his team were knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. Aaron came out at short notice to see what needed doing and one of his team attended to carry out the works, accommodating a tight timescale. My client wasn't present when the works were done, but I was supervising (with the help of my daughter). Simon quietly got on with what he had to do but was very friendly. Happy client and happy VA!
