Absolutely live savers. My key fob wasn't working, and after diagnostic it was not repairable. However Alan had a key fob that could work with my car. I tried the key fob and worked flawlessly. I requested for a key to be made, and programmed. It didn't take long and now I have a brand new key that works perfectly. Alan was very knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended, great service, reasonably priced and attentive.

This place is excellent. They’re so knowledgeable. My spare key had failed and after two battery replacements at a garage I’d booked in for a key replacement. They changed the batteries I’d had fitted for high quality ones and it’s all fixed so I didn’t need a new fob after all. So pleased - thank you.

I booked my car in as my local garage couldn’t get my remote key to work so recommended Autoechnik. I took my car there today and can’t praise the garage enough. The man took both keys and sorted the problem straight away. It turned out to be a simple fix and he got both keys working again. I wasn’t charged for the 5 minutes it took to sort out. Had a great experience with Autotechnix this afternoon. Despite changing the battery, the central locking on our Ford key fob had stopped working. Within seconds Autotechnix had resynced the key with the car and informed us how to do this going forward. As no 'work' was required, there was no cost involved. Cannot recommended this great local company enough - they genuinely care about helping people over charging a fortune (like main dealerships and some other garages!)

Previously been with unknown battery problem that others couldn't diagnose. The staff were very efficient and found the problem right away. The next day I came to collect my vehicle and the problem was fixed and I was given a very clear explanation of what the problem was and how they rectified it. Went back today as window switch stopped working. The staff very quickly fixed the issue and again gave clean explanation of why it stopped working and what they had done to fix it. I usually don't give feedback or reviews nor i got paid for doing this one. My car had immobiliser issues and it just broken down. AA took it to nearest garage but they informed they don't offer that service. I then checked online and i was skeptical , however i contacted Autotechnix, spoken to Martin after listening to the issue , i was advised to bring the car in asap , after car was brought to their garage , i was told that they will try to fix it soon but since it's weekend , i could expect it to be fixed on monday . However on Saturday i received a call to pick up the car. I was very impressed by their work and professionalism. The invoice was reasonable and service was good. I hope they will keep this standard of service for years to come. Thank you guys for your help and we will get back to your company if any issues arise in future.

My local key cutting shop recommended these guys for getting a replacement car key fob. They provided a fob plus programming for £120 instead of £267 quoted by the dealership. Waited approximately 30 minutes for them to do the job. Will definately use in future for replacements key fobs. Street parking and in a quiet part of Shirley, Southampton.
