Neil came to quote for the works required, the communication was excellent from the moment I booked my appointment. Even though i did not end up proceeding ( due to availability) with Jenkins services, I would not hesitate contacting them again should I need any electrical work done. Used Neill and his team last year to have significant electrical work done on an old house and they did a fantastic job - the electrical work was done at a high standard but more important to me I was happy to have them in my home. Just used them again for a more responsive job and again brilliant - cannot recommend Neill and his team enough

Neill's company installed a new bathroom light and a bathroom heater for me in January 2021. The bathroom LED light stopped working a few days ago. As it was still under guarantee I contacted Neill and he immediately arranged an electrician appointment a couple of days later when the light fitting was exchanged free of charge with no fuss or bother. I have never needed to make use of an electrical guarantee previously but was extremely impressed at how responsive Jenkins Electrical was. 100% satisfied. Many thanks. March 2022: I once again used Jenkins Electrical to disconnect an electrical supply. An appointment slot was provided and kept to and the cost of the job as expected. Very helpful & professional as always. Thanks again!

Unlike some electricians that say they can do the job then don't turn, Jenkins turned up and did the job when he said he would. He did a professional job and for me was well worth the money to fit an isolation switch . He is my definite go to electrician if I need him. Thanks Neil.

The first I knew of a light switch being packed with (probably) hundreds of ants was when I arrived home in the dark, and attempted to switch on the hall lights. There was a blinding flash, and then no lights. The ants were so tightly packed in that I was obliged to dig them out with a screwdriver. I also had a boiler switch which was stuck on. At about 9am today, I 'phoned Jenkins Electrical, and explained my problem. I was offered a visit in a given time slot, had it confirmed by text, updated by a second text, Neil arrived by about 11.30am, and he completed the jobs within an hour. That's what I call excellent service, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Neill, Art and Marvin have done a great job installing 3 Blauberg Midi-Air Decentralised Heat Recovery Ventilator units in my 2nd floor flat - no work required on the outside wall so freeholders permission didn't even need to be sought ! The also installed 2 Blauberg Calm Low Noise Energy Efficient Bathroom & Kitchen Extractor Fans. So pleased with my filtered fresh air in bedrooms and lounge and super happy with zero humidity in Bathroom - continuous extraction - no more damp ! Am booking them in for lighting upgrades.
