I called to ask a question about an outdoor light I had fitted. Karl was happy to answer and gave a quick, specific and knowledgeable response. I tried what he suggested (connecting a different wire and capping off one that was not needed) and it worked like a charm. Light works properly! Thank you so much, will definitely come back if anything else pops up!

Karl was able to come on the same day when we had trouble with our washing machine cutting the power out. He was able to check and test the appliance and sockets. Also he gave us advice on our water immersion about service and maintenance after giving it a thorough check over.

Karl is a professional genius, I called 3 electricians and a plumber out to solve a trip on RCD board. for 3days of no heat and no hot water and unsuccessful investigations Karl came out within two hours, got my boiler isolated along with my hot water tank and sockets working again. He explained to me everything he was doing along the way. Thank you if I could give you 10*S I would.

Karl fitted a new oven for me. Due to the dimensions of the new oven this involved also moving an existing socket for the gas hob too. Karl's communication prior to doing the job was great and he managed to fit me in quickly. His work was to a high standard and was done quickly and efficiently. To be honest, we wish we'd found Karl sooner, he's managed to find 2 issues with our electric boiler that explains our ever-increasing electricity bills. He sourced the parts and returned as soon as possible to fix it. On the first visit, he also fixed our bathroom light system in approximately 2 minutes which another so-called 'electrician' said was not possible. It also might be worth mentioning that Karl came to do the majority of the work when it was just myself at home. He was professional throughout and didn't make me feel uncomfortable which, as a woman alone in the house, can sometimes happen. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again. Hannah

Boiler kept tripping the RCD when it started getting cold and the heating was turned on. Fearing the worst (££££ for a new boiler) I asked Karl to try to fault find the problem. He diagnosed a faulty 3 port valve which he then replaced for me very quickly. I cannot recommend Karl enoughas he is honest, reliable and very professional.

Karl came across as a bit rude at first but he knows his stuff and discussed implications from work I had planned that other tradesmen didnt mention (eg if renting in the future or selling the property etc). He did a bunch of wiring and noted how all the old work was not to code. Also bathroom upgrade was good value using kcm. Great he was able to do plumbing as well as electrics, and carpentry & tiling. By the end of the job I realised he wasnt rude but busy with perhaps little patience for time wasters!
