Sent out a used unit. It was supposed to be brand new However after emailing their customer service I have to say both Chris and Charlotte were very helpful and prompt in replying and communicating with me They agreed to send another unit out next day delivery and before they had received the old one back, after I provided proof of posting the return, which I was very pleased about It would have been 5 stars except for the hiccup at the beginning (everyone makes mistakes) I will use them again in the future for the reasons stated above as resolving the issue they were absolutely A1

Very happy with the service. The price of the Eufy doorbell was the best in-stock price I found online. I ordered on a Thursday evening and the item was despatched exactly as promised early the next day (Friday). It arrived on Monday, which was quicker than the website promised. The courier was Royal Mail, which wasn't ideal, but luckily I was home and they didn't take the parcel to the sorting office for collection this time...

This was the first time I had used this company. Prices were the cheapest I could find for 3 smoke alarms, so a bit suspicious. The service was excellent and they arrived 2 days later. Due to my mistake, I had to return 2 to be replaced with the correct type and this transaction was flawless. The correct type arived in 2 days and the credit for the 2 I returned only took a few days. Most impressed.

I ordered wrong ring cam luckily noticed when I received confirmation rang them and Alfie ran into warehouse and actually got the order and cancelled before shipped arranged credit and asked me to re order correct one online. After seeing the other reviews lately I wasn't much hopeful, but being the best deal out there by far I decided to take a gamble. After purchase I didn't receive any email confirmation apart from my CC message to say it had been paid for so was extremely sceptical 🙈, I contacted them two days afterwards via email and was replied to nearly straight away. I received an email invoice and tracking number and my package came the next day 😀, would definitely use again extremely happy.

I read the reviews here and was dubious, but was tempted by the price of the Ring security camera. Ordered, prompt confirmations. Product arrived on time exactly as described. I had no problems and would use again. I paid with PayPal to ensure I had some comeback if things didn’t work out. But from my experiences I would recommend.

Ordered Tado thermostats as the company had a super offer. The delivered items were not as described on the website. Turned out that they had made an error on the website and their supplier had also sent them the incorrect items. That's understandable as everyone can make a mistake. I called several times without success and then emailed receiving an apology and a prepaid returns label. The items were returned and I waited some days for confirmation and a refund. This did not come and after I emailed I received confirmation of the returned items and a promise of a refund within 3 days. That was on 20 Dec and I have still not received a refund! Since writing this review I have received a refund and have given them 3 stars. Although the refund took a while to come, I did get it and can only put the delay down to the Christmas and New Year period whereby the company could have closed for a break.

I have seen some really dire reviews for this company but you Have to take as you find. An error meant that my order was sent to someone else and I received theirs. OK not good but I called them, got through to them with no problems and the gentleman was extremely apologetic and helpful. He arranged for a new order to be sent out immediately, which I received the next day. He was polite and helpful and clearly resolved the problem urgently. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Purchased a Ring Doorbell Pro, fitted unit only to find device went faulty after 1 day. Contacted sales team through email who replied next day apologizing that I had received a faulty unit. They shipped a new one that day which arrived the following morning complete with a returns pre paid box to return the faulty unit back to them. February 2020 Ordered several items and when they were received one set of items was missing, marked 'to follow'. Emailed them about this and received a prompt reply saying apologies, they would follow next Wednesday. However they didn't turn up by end of that week and we completed the job using an alternative. Emailed them again asking for a refund for the still missing items and received email from E-commerce Manager Callum Sherin with apologies for the problem and an immediate refund for the cost of the outstanding items. Three stars for the original order being incomplete, but upped to four stars for the friendly and immediate replies and the quick refund.

Was a little worried by some of the reviews, but they had excellent (in fact, the best) online pricing for Nest products. I purchased a Nest Hello, IQ Outdoor and 3 Protects. Ordered 2 wired Ring cameras which were delivered within two days. These are excellent, worked first time but I did have to move the wi-fi repeater closer to ensure a consistent connection. The wired Spotlight cam comes with a long length of fitted cable with a moulded plug. This is rarely required on an outside light as they are usually hard wired to a junction box. Having read reviews where the vendor has refused to honour the warranty if the plug was cut off I phoned the UK Ring helpline and was connected to a very pleasant lady in America who stated they were not concerned with the 'cord'. In the event of a warranty return all they wanted back was the main camera unit. Overall, delighted with the speedy service and great prices provided by Electrical Showroom.

Ordered three twin packs of tado TRV'S and received singles. I sent an email which nobody has replied to. I called over thirty times before anyone answered the phone who accepted their mistake and assured me the other valves would be posted immediately with next day delivery. Its two days later. I've received nothing. Over 15 phone calls made today so far with no answer..... Buyer beware! Edit... I've now received the valves and an apology and something to make up for the inconvenience, so I've upped from one star to three.

Very good service.. I ordered some items online and when they arrived the package was damaged, an item was missing. I called the head office and they quickely arranged replacements without any hastle. On top they arranged a next day delivery for the missing item. Mishaps can happen during deliveries but the fact that Marciusz quickely responded on y request and arranged for a replacement is well worth mentioning.. Back to the items: the product was cheapest i could find anywhere but still a good quality. Will always recommend

I mistakenly thought these masks were 2 ply not 3 ply. that was a mistake they are 3 ply. The wire is a little sharp if it protrudes through the fabric which can happen quite easily. Worth buying
