I feel like customer service is key in any business. From the moment I called Halls, to picking my car up they were polite, friendly, knowledgable and all round lovely people. Being a drama queen I thought my car was going to cost a fortune, but when taking my car to Halls they looked at it and reassured me it was a simple fix. Took no longer than an hour and the price was spot on! Would highly recommend anyone to these guys. Credit where credits due and these guys deserve it 😊

Was able to get an appointment at short notice, diagnosed the fault with air conditioning quickly (refrigerant leak), Hall’s offered to get condenser changed out the next day but I asked to rearrange to a few days later which wasn’t an issue. Total cost was very reasonable and the job completed on time. The guys are also very helpful and professional, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. I was told by another garage a large amount of work was required on my air conditioning system. Luckily I went to Halls for a second opinion. They quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me clearly the broken parts and what was not working. They got quotes for genuine and equivalent parts so I could choose the best options. Booked the car in quickly and repaired it all in one day. When i collected the car they showed me again the broken part. Very honest garage. I will definitely use again. Thanks

Very professional firm. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and anybody else. They diagnosed an aircon issue I had which was covered by my car warranty and they were happy to speak to the warranty company. It was all sorted out with the minimum of fuss. I called Hall's to see if they could carry out an aircon service on my car. I was pleased they managed to fit me in at short notice, and very impressed with the meticulous standard of work carried out. Scott took great care to ensure my car bodywork was protected when running the various pipes to charge the aircon, and showed great technical knowledge in dealing with an unusual car - I expect Dodge Challengers are not a common visitor. When the car aircon didn't initially function as expected, Scott was able to interrogate the vehicle diagnostics and work through methodically to fix the problem. Overall, I really couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Fantastic Company. I purchased a Hyundai iX35 from a nearby (and well known) car supermarket which was suffering from a multitude of issues including non working indicators to a broken air-con system. These guys did a thorough, quick and professional job in rectifying all of the issues i had with the car. They even dropped me off and picked me up from work, Hows that for service!? I will definitely consider using these guys again and will recommend them to anyone who's got electrical problems with their car.

Aircon had stopped working which was a nice easy fix for these guys. Good communication on the day providing information on how much the regas would cost and when the car would be ready to pick up. All round very happy with the quality of the service and the job, Aircon is now working like a dream. Advised to pop back in if I have any issues but no need so far...

They did an aircon repair on my Ford Focus. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to aircon. They quickly diagnosed the cause and booked it in for repair at the earliest time that suited me. Dave kept me informed of the cause of the problem and what was being done to repair it. I don't oftem give 5 star reviews as normally their is some scope for improvement but I can't think of anything they could have done better.

Halls Electrical are excellent. Amazing workmanship and customer care. A good local business that doesn't rip you off or overcharge you for any work carried. I would urge other customer's to choose Hall's for their auto electrical needs - I was booked in on an agreed day and the work took a lot less longer than I anticipated! My car was back with me in 2 hours after dropping it off for the work agreed. Well done Halls!
